Elm Grove Travel

My husband and I have now worked with Elm Grove travel twice and have had great experiences both times. We actually do not even live in Wisconsin, we live in Florida, but my sister in law had referred us to them and we haven't looked at another travel agency since. Recently we worked with Chris Hoff to plan our honeymoon of a lifetime. We went to Maui, Hawaii first and then flew to Bora Bora! We needed assistance booking our flights to Bora Bora as well as our hotel in both locations. We were so busy wedding planning that we truly did not have time to do a lot of our own research. However, once we told Chris exactly what we were looking for, she made it happen within a couple of hours! We really left this in her hands and It was truly amazing. She was beyond knowledgeable in booking our different flights in and out of the French Polynesia. For anyone that has booked this type of travel, you would know that you need to book multiple different airlines and airline tickets (this is not your simple one way ticket with multiple connections- My husband and I didn’t even know that at the time) We also needed some advice on hotels to stay at in Maui and Chris assisted us, gave us a few different options and got the best possible honeymoon deal through the hotel. The Grand Wilea Hotel a Waldorf Astoria resort was truly the best decision we made for our hotel in Maui. We will definitely be back! Our travel/flights to Bora Bora went smoothly despite the super long travel time to get there (it was totally worth it!!). As mentioned above, we had 2 different layovers (since we traveled from Maui- 3 flights total), but the way Chris coordinated the flights, we had plenty of time for each layover. We asked Chris to book us at the Four Seasons Hotel and immediately upon touch down in Bora Bora a representative from the hotel was at our hands and feet to assist. Chris was able to get us a fantastic deal, which even included our boat transportation to the hotel from Bora airport. They immediately knew we were on our honeymoon and the service was just beyond exquisite. Chris truly did plan all of this for us and we had zero hiccups! It was also really nice that about 1-2 weeks prior to leaving on our honeymoon, we received all of our itineraries in the mail as well as a super cute travel pouch (which we also used for our passports), luggage name tags, a bag and a pen from Elm Grove! Elm Grove truly made our honeymoon travels the best possible. The communication was exquisite and all of our phone call and emails were answered in a very timely manner. My husband and I literally had our dream honeymoon because of Elm Grove! I give Chris 5 stars and we will definitely be working with Elm Grove again in the future! Thank you Chris for everything!!!
