Chef Franciso founded Elmo Catering, driven by his passion for food, quality, and excellence. He has been in the culinary and catering industry for 23 years. His background includes working for various chefs at a global scale from the Scandanavian region to India. He is being mentored by Soile Anderson, whom he’s worked with in the past at Deco Catering. Francisco is currently catering at the greater Twin Cities metro area. A large part of our business comes from referrals, so we want all events to be a great experience for our customers. teak was cuttable with a table knife!The wait staff was also superb, attentive and efficient. t, and Elmo Catering came through and made it look so tasteful and elegant. They set up the tables and did the place settings and even took down some of the tables without us even asking. A vase got knocked over from the wind and broke on the table and there was glass and water everywhere, right away they came to help clean up, get new dinnerware, etc. They even helped serve my grandparents food. They were so easy to work with, extremely helpful and very accommodating. I would 1000% recommend them for any event!

d expect from a high-scale restaurant. It looked beautiful, and tasted even better than it looked! SO many guests raved about the salmon, it was cooked perfectly and the sauce paired so nicely with it. The cutlery was simple, yet elegant, and the staff were very friendly and professional the entire time. The only small complaint we had, was the staff that showed up for our wedding event were not prepared with all the information we provided prior to the wedding (who got what, allergies, etc) due to having a another booking the same day. However, they were very proactive with getting the information they needed to provide a high-quality service, and we can confidently say they did. Thank you Elmo Catering!

I am also vegetarian and my husband is not, he made sure to accommodate both tastes and, I can't say it enough, the food was absolutely wonderful. Chef Francisco is an amazing guy, we highly recommend working with him and his staff. I should add that this was a multicultural wedding (Indian and American) and he was more than willing to accommodate both tastes. Highly highly recommend!

Very professional and friendly, the set up was so beautiful and the food tasted immaculate. We had so many comments that night all about our catering- how it was the best food they’ve had, the prettiest presentation they’ve seen. We could not recommend them enough and will be using them for any other catering we need!

We were able to schedule a personal tasting experience with ease and there were never any hidden fees. He made this such a fun experience for us. Although we had 250 people at our wedding, the catering team served our guests quickly and efficiently. Many guests commented on how much they enjoyed the food.
