Chef Francisco curated an exquisite menu for our wedding. We had salmon with dill sauce, prime rib, and a vegan mushroom dish. Everything was so fresh and cooked perfectly; people are still raving about how good the food and the wedding was months ago. It was also incredibly reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!!

ELMO catered a 50th annivetsary gala for Ski For light at Norway House. The food and presentation were excellent, seasonings perfect. No one at my table used salt or pepper! The steak was cuttable with a table knife!The wait staff was also superb, attentive and efficient. As there were many visually impaired people there dining, they were especially polite and efficacious and did well with the many guide dogs at the tables - this hasn’t always happened at Ski for light venues!

Nothing but phenomenal! We had ELMO cater our wedding and Chef Francisco was very responsive and always there to answer questions leading up to the event. The day of exceeded our expectations with friendly and hard-working staff and a stunning display of delicious, fresh food. Highlights of working with ELMO were tiering their options to match our budget, staff overhearing I was thirsty and ran to grab me one of their own bottles of water and our wedding guest couldn't stop raving about the food saying it was the best wedding food they've had!

Chef Francisco and his team are absolutely fantastic! They catered our backyard wedding and the food was delicious, BEAUTIFULLY presented, and exceeded all of our expectations.
The team was professional, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. We didn’t have to worry about a thing.
Our guests couldn't stop raving about the quality of the food and the variety of options available. We are so grateful for their incredible service—it truly made our day even more memorable. We highly recommend them for anyone looking for outstanding catering for their event!

Francisco at Elmo Catering was great to work with. He was a quick responder, easy to work with, and was able to accommodate my menu changes.
We used Elmo Catering for lunches at my family reunion of 80 people. They were punctual. The food was excellent. I was very happy I chose them. I would definitely use them again.

Elmo Catering catered our wedding and the food was amazing! We got so many compliments from our guests about how good the food was. We wanted a taco bar, but wanted it to be elegant, and Elmo Catering came through and made it look so tasteful and elegant. They set up the tables and did the place settings and even took down some of the tables without us even asking. A vase got knocked over from the wind and broke on the table and there was glass and water everywhere, right away they came to help clean up, get new dinnerware, etc. They even helped serve my grandparents food. They were so easy to work with, extremely helpful and very accommodating. I would 1000% recommend them for any event!

We booked a plated dinner & had about 200 appetizers through Elmo Catering for our wedding. They were very professional, their cost is affordable, and the food was something I would expect from a high-scale restaurant. It looked beautiful, and tasted even better than it looked! SO many guests raved about the salmon, it was cooked perfectly and the sauce paired so nicely with it. The cutlery was simple, yet elegant, and the staff were very friendly and professional the entire time. The only small complaint we had, was the staff that showed up for our wedding event were not prepared with all the information we provided prior to the wedding (who got what, allergies, etc) due to having a another booking the same day. However, they were very proactive with getting the information they needed to provide a high-quality service, and we can confidently say they did. Thank you Elmo Catering!

Firat of all, Chef Francisco was wonderful to work with! We were planning this wedding from out of town and really appreciated his flexibility and responsiveness with us in more ways than one. The food was AMAZING and I am generally very picky with food. I am also vegetarian and my husband is not, he made sure to accommodate both tastes and, I can't say it enough, the food was absolutely wonderful. Chef Francisco is an amazing guy, we highly recommend working with him and his staff. I should add that this was a multicultural wedding (Indian and American) and he was more than willing to accommodate both tastes. Highly highly recommend!

We used Elmo Catering for our wedding May 2024. I would give them more than five stars if I could. Francisco was so easy to work with. He was super timely in email responses, gave us multiple menus to look over and pick and was very adhering to our budget. The whole team was fantastic the day of preparing and setting up. Very professional and friendly, the set up was so beautiful and the food tasted immaculate. We had so many comments that night all about our catering- how it was the best food they’ve had, the prettiest presentation they’ve seen. We could not recommend them enough and will be using them for any other catering we need!

We hired ELMO Catering for our wedding and their food is to die for! All of the dishes had so much flavor but were also very affordable. Chef Francisco was wonderful to work with. We were able to schedule a personal tasting experience with ease and there were never any hidden fees. He made this such a fun experience for us. Although we had 250 people at our wedding, the catering team served our guests quickly and efficiently. Many guests commented on how much they enjoyed the food. We highly recommend ELMO Catering to anyone looking for a caterer!

My wife and I were excited to find ELMO on TheKnot and even more excited after we met Chef Francisco for a tasting. The food was flavorful and the proposal seemed to offer great value for the formal atmosphere we wanted. We ended up doing a buffet style service and the ELMO staff blew us away with how beautiful the presentation of the buffet. Our guests all complimented us on how good the food was (such a challenge when serving such a large party at a wedding venue). We are excited to offer this review and any opportunities to refer people to ELMO Catering!

Highly recommend ELMO Catering. The food and the service were EXCELLENT. Easy to work with. Reliable. Creative. Professional. Even with our more rustic farm venue and no kitchen. Chef Francisco and his staff provided a restaurant experience from the table settings to the beautiful presentation and impressive quality of the food. I think it was the best dinner I've ever had at a wedding.

ELMO makes very tasty food and very easy to work with! We wanted to do something different, and have a brunch buffet for our wedding reception. Chef Fransisco came up with a great menu - beef tenderloin, salmon, and roasted potatoes as well as crepes, kielbasa, and a fruit platter. It was all very delicious. Our guests kept saying it was the best food theme ever had a wedding and we've already had 2 of those guests choose them to cater their wedding too! Prices were very reasonable. If you hire them you won’t be disappointed!

Can't recommend Elmo Catering enough. Chef Francisco was incredibly responsive and flexible. We had a taco buffet and the setup was beautiful. The food was great. Everyone is still raving about the food. The pricing was right and well worth the money.
