they were not lying! From the beginning, Elsa had a calming nature about her along with the ability to make you feel like you were in great hands. She knew exactly what to do at every stage of our wedding preparation. We met via zoom and filled out a detailed questionnaire in order to make sure she captured the best parts of our wedding that we wanted. We had the pleasure to have Elsa on our wedding day as well as our welcoming party. During our wedding weekend she constantly checked in and sent us updates in regards to the schedule we created together. She fit in effortlessly with our entire crew and everyone loved her. Although she’s sweet - she knows how to control the crowd for some quick photos. We can not speak highly enough of Elsa and wanted to make sure that any prospective clients knew how great she really is at her job. When we received our photos, our jaws hit on the floor. Elsa absolutely nailed it and we couldn’t be more thankful to have her on our Team! Thank you for everything, Elsa!

g call turned into and hour and a half of exchanging stories, sharing inspiration and obsessing over our love for dogs. Elsa was someone I genuinely could not wait to hang out with on my wedding day. Elsa is very professional, kept us on our timeline, and was the perfect energy we needed on our special day. She is the perfect balance of efficient, assertive, playful and light-hearted. The photos speak for themselves. She delivered sneaks the Wednesday after our Saturday wedding and we cannot wait to see the rest!! e to hire her because you will not regret it! Our friends and family are STILL talking about our incredible pictures and how much they loved Elsa being around on our wedding day! My husband and I thought a lot about the vendors we chose because we knew we would be with them throughout the entire day of our most important day ever, and after I saw how amazing, chill, and cool Elsa was at my brothers wedding that she was shooting (not to mention all my brothers praises of her, as he is a wedding videographer and has worked with Elsa countless amounts of time) and saw how she captured their day, I was sold! We knew after she shot our engagement pictures, which we both were nervous about, that we had made the right choice for our wedding because she has a way to make you feel special, relaxed, not awkward, and makes it easy for you and your partner to truly have fun with each other while getting the best pictures. Her pictures are so perfect there are no words to capture it. For our wedding day, we emphasized we wanted to capture all the emotion and big and small moments throughout our day, and 3 months later after getting married, I still look through our wedding pictures and feel all the emotions I felt on that day. There are no words to truly say how special it feels to look back at our beautiful wedding pictures! Basically, this is a long winded explanation that ELSA IS YOUR GIRL! Hire her, as it was the best thing we did for our wedding and we cannot recommend her more!

She met with my husband and me a couple of times prior to the wedding in order to understand more about what we're looking for, any specific group pairings for staged photos, and even any body parts/angles we're more self conscious around which I genuinely appreciated. There were a couple of instances around our wedding that really pushed her to such an elite level. She offered to assist us with a timeline for our wedding day as photos were a top priority, she graciously picked up a forgotten item from a flower vendor in her area which luckily saved us a 2 hour round trip drive, and due to unexpected thunder storms during our outdoor Tahoe wedding she offered to stay later due to the delays. She was such a calming presence who kept us on track and that was absolutely priceless. She reassured us that rainy photos would be even more stunning and she was absolutely right. Her photos are gorgeous, the colors all pop, and the clarity is just unreal. I can't express enough how grateful we have been to have Elsa and couldn't recommend her anymore!

OT be refunded. All vendors, a mix of small businesses and large, were very understanding of the situation when I had to cancel my destination wedding and refunded us our deposits, except for this photographer. Although we were offered a credit to use towards a different date, as well as her to come out to our new wedding location across the country, the pandemic has caused uncertainty with travel for the unforeseeable future and there was no way we could possibly reschedule our wedding for another date knowing we would be in the all clear with Covid-19. We do not know what the travel restrictions will entail in the coming weeks or months. I would understand her not refunding if we canceled due to personal issues, but a global pandemic? I also feel it’s important to mention our wedding was planned for a Wednesday, not for a Saturday. Thank I believe that is wrong and not a way to treat your customers or gain future customers.

UPDATE: Elsa just photographed our wedding and we could not be happier with everything. It was so nice to have met her prior to the wedding during the engagement photo session, by the time the time the wedding came around she felt like a friend. She captured the day perfectly (along with her second shooter, Shelby!). We already got to see some peeks of her photos and they brought up so much emotion reliving the wedding weekend. I cannot wait to see more. She is truly amazing at what she does.

FaceTime encounter (I live 3 hours away from her) I knew for a fact we made a good choice! When we first met face to face she made my now husband and I feel so comfortable during our wedding photos. It didn’t even feel like a photo shoot but just like we were having fun. Best day of my life! She exceeded all of our needs and our pictures turned out AMAZING!! Her style is captivating and she truly captured our day to a tee. If I ever need photographs taken I would not hesitate to call her again. Worth traveling for!! She was so good at directing us while doing the shoot. She made us feel so comfortable, and she even played music the whole time to set the mood right! We asked her to capture our wedding more "journalistically" -- to capture the experience and feeling of the day rather than a bunch of posed shots. She did just that. She was the very best decision we made for our wedding! I very much intend to have her document other exciting moments in our lives down the road.
