Elsa was our wedding day manager this past weekend and our biggest regret by far is not hiring her to plan the entire wedding. She was amazing. Not only did she execute our wedding...
plan perfectly, she provided a lot of suggestions and insightful tips that made the day even more special.
We had a lot of unique decorations that needed to be turned on and she handled it all. She was great attending to the needs of not only us but she helped out the guests (including children) and vendors so much.
If you're looking for a wedding day manager/coordinator in Santa Rosa, you won't be disappointed with Elsa!

ree. Her experience really showed.
She offered great suggestions along the way and even went above and beyond by letting us borrow some of her decor, which added a special touch to our day. On the wedding day itself, we didn’t have to worry about a thing—she had everything handled flawlessly.
As if that wasn’t enough, she even brought our flowers to us the next day! Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. We truly couldn’t have done it without her and would highly recommend her to any couple planning their big day.
We hired Elsa as our day-of wedding coordinator and couldn't be happier with our experience! She was a wonderful resource throughout the planning process - providing advice leading...
up to the wedding, organizing a thorough day-of schedule, and even bringing extra decor (e.g., card basket, candles) when we didn't have it ourselves. She kept us on time the day of our wedding and checked in throughout the day to make sure we were enjoying our special day. We couldn't have had such a fun, stress-free wedding without her. Thank you so much, Elsa!
Elsa is an incredible planner -- friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and with endless great advice! Our venue had an on-site coordinator but we also hired Elsa to do a walkthrough wi...
th us and help plan some design elements including signage, menus, and a seating chart. She gave us so many amazing tips during the walkthrough, did an incredible job with the design items and rentals, and really helped to make sure all the details were perfect. In hindsight, the only change I would have made is hiring Elsa to do more of the planning and coordination! You will be very lucky to work with her!!
Elsa and her team were awesome to work with!
We booked her for her week-of package, but as questions came up along the way (and so many did!) she was great in steering us in the r...
ight direction and giving us invaluable insider knowledge to help us streamline our event and tailor it to our venue's specifications (Campovida in Hopland, CA).
Elsa is a straight shooter and never loses her cool, which is an absolute godsend during an inevitably hectic event. She will be a calming force of organized precision, perfectly juggling every piece of your day seemingly without ever being phased (and even calmly helping your flower girl when she dumps her basket of petals moments before walking down the aisle). I was a particularly anxious bride leading up to our wedding weekend, but as soon as Friday evening came, Elsa and her team absorbed all of that energy and made me feel completely at ease.
Trust them with your wedding. They're wedding ninjas!
Elsa Vera was an extremely important part of my wedding day... The instant I met her I loved her... she was knowledgeable, genuine, and SO personable. She was in contact with me ev...
ery step of the way during the planning process... she answered questions, thought of solutions, gave me tons of ideas.. and that was just during the planning! She was even more amazing the day of the wedding. She kept everything running smoothly and made sure we were following a timeline without making us feel like we had a scheduled agenda. We made it through everything we wanted to do during our wedding and we were able to enjoy every second. She was a huge part of the day's success and we could not have been happier with our decision to have Elsa as part of our day. Like she hadn't already done enough, she spent a few evenings working with my husband and I on some dance moves for our first dance. We were so comfortable with her! I highly recommend her! She is the best!
I don't know what we would have done the day of without Elsa. She helped with concepts and ideas throughout the planning process, yet truly did her job on our wedding day. I woke ...
up the morning of, not stressed about anything because I knew Elsa was taking care of it. During the reception, she kept checking in with me, helped us keep our nschedule (yet asked if we wanted to still do something at a certain time, or push it out), and made sure to put aside all of my husband's and my belongings, keepsakes from the day, and gifts in a safe place. Throughout the planning process, Elsa's insight was also invaluable on "what works" "what doesn't" and different options for different situations. Lastly, amongst the chaos, Elsa was always calm, cool, and collected. Thank you, Elsa, for helping make our day perfect!
