Provided my wedding date and wedding start time (3:30pm) in late February, she specifically wanted to communicate via a phone call, the only other communication i received from her...
between February and today was 3 small messages in what looked like automated emails, i will say i did not see the messages in these emails until i looked today when she told me she had reached out. She had written me down for 9am - 3pm (my wedding doesn’t start until 3:30pm) and then texted me today to confirm her start time, i let her know it would be 3:30pm since that is when the ceremony starts, she said she would not be working past 3pm as she is going out of town, i told her my wedding doesn’t even start until 3:30pm, there was some back and forth and then she said “So what are we going to do?” I let her know we’d have to cancel the booking since it was at the wrong time and i had asked earlier in the conversation if the deposit would be refunded. Even though i was basically forced to cancel because the session was booked for the wrong time and she wouldn’t work past 3pm she would not refund my deposit. This is all 3 days before my wedding. I am now out of a photographer and $500.

The pictures we had done by Elska were amazing! Great quality and she was so great to work with. She was able to keep our daughter’s attention which was hard to do when she was 3. ...
Great communication and very friendly. Highly recommend her for any occasion.
We have also worked with her as a partner for our business and she has been very easy to work with as a partner too.
My husband and I LOVE working with Glenna. She’s been there from the start with our engagement photos. She made us feel so comfortable and very playful when we had them done. Then ...
we kept in contact during the wait of our wedding. She was there bright and early ready to conquer my special day. She was so prepared and made everyone in my bridal party feel calm. They really enjoyed having her around and so did I! I LOVE our wedding pictures and wouldn’t change a thing. I felt and looked so beautiful! Outside of this, I know we will be using Glenna for our future shoots.
Glenna is an amazing wedding photographer! Her wedding package that I went with included engagement photos where we also got a few family pictures that I loved. If you are nervous ...
or don't know any poses she does a great job at helping out! I love the way that she captured my wedding and the love between my husband and I. She also did a great job at including my kids and making sure I get plenty of pictures of family and friends. I will definitely keep using her as a photographer for years to come for future family photos.
