Elyse Jennings Weddings

from New York, it was essential that we had someone who knew how to merge some of the Nola and NY wedding traditions together and Elyse knew how to do just that. The truest testament was that every single vendor we worked with simple said "Elyse is the best planner in the city". Elyse if who you want to be with on your wedding day, making you feel so comfortable and confident, and of course, ORGANIZED! I could go on and on, but without a doubt, Elyse's and Ashley's services are worth every penny!

s even better than I had envisioned. Ashley is the details queen and helped to ensure all the i's were dotted and the t's were crossed so that we literally had nothing to worry about. I'm an extremely type A person and have issues not having control, but with these ladies it was easy to put my trust in them and they did not disappoint.

s make that into a reality. Elyse has a great eye for design, and she has RANGE. I’m telling you— she will absolutely crush a fairytale wedding kind of vibe, with overflowing roses and candles galore, or — as it was for me— she can make your particular dreams come true in a way that exceeded my own expectations. Truly, these two are not only very talented, but they are great listeners, they are diplomatic in dealing with strong opinions from mothers, and they are genuinely trying to make your dream-wedding come true. Not to mention, I found their services to be well priced for the level of white-glove service we received. Elyse helped us with every step of the process-- from booking the venue, the photographer (shoutout Lance Nicholl!), ceremony musicians, second-line musicians, a great 12-piece band, a florist who understood our vision, caterers, renting out a boutique hotel and setting up the room block at Hotel Peter and Paul, finding a videographer, locking in hair and make up (shoutout to Haley Rose and Melissa Vaccaro!! the best)-- the list goes on! Not only that, but she also helped us make custom pieces that perfectly fit our vibe— from a wooden backdrop for Marigny Opera House to adding fabric to the bar and the backs of seats that matched our napkins, to utilizing Scriptura to bring our mascot Franklin (a frog drawn by NOLA artist Coco Schramel) to custom hankies, matchbooks, cups, and koozies. When we wanted to cut back some of the price, Elyse helped us find places to trim that would maintain our look but help us feel more relaxed in our wallets. Similarly, Ashley is such a pleasure to work with — I really enjoyed Ashley’s practicality and upfrontness in how she communicated with us. Ashley kept us within budget and on schedule to pay all of our deposits and final payments, which can be hard to keep track of. Our budget excel sheet was super clear and consistently updated, and our entire Google Drive of documents, which ends up being a LOT of stuff, was always well maintained and easy to track. As I was planning the wedding from Los Angeles, Elyse and Ashley were invaluable in finding and locking in the top vendors in New Orleans— from florist, to caterers, hair and make up, hotel, etc. We found out about Melrose Mansion through Elyse and Ashley, and ended up renting out the hotel for the wedding party. I especially found Elyse and Ashley helpful during this portion, as it got a bit complicated with how our friends would pay for their rooms and how we would be reimbursed. Ashley made us an Excel sheet that helped us track the type and cost of the room, and was a liaison between us and the hotel. This is just one of many examples of how they helped to smooth out the planning process. Whether you are local to New Orleans or if you are planning a destination wedding, I highly recommend Elyse and Ashley. Thank you both for everything!

made an unbelievable team and we can't thank them enough. They made the planning process so easy and enjoyable. 10/10 recommend them every time.

wedding was easy and not stressful - (i) every vendor wants to work with them and because of their relationships, it was easy to communicate what I wanted; (ii) they took the time to get to know me so they understood the vibe of what i wanted; and (iii) they thought of things i would never think to consider so i felt everything was covered. The day of the wedding, I just had to follow their lead. They put together a perfect timeline and so I knew exactly what to expect at every moment. They went above and beyond to make sure everything flowed perfectly (and it did). I cannot recommend them enough. I had the day of my dreams thanks to them!

s was shocked to behold THE BEAUTY.... the reception truly took our breath away!!! I am normally a very outgoing personality, but was honestly speechless for a while.... just taking it all in .. the beauty of the reception was exquisite ....More than we could have ever dreamed!!! Guests are still calling and saying that the wedding was SPECTACULAR, FABULOUS, GORGEOUS, EXQUISITE, THE ROYAL WEDDING OF NEW ORLEANS, WEDDING OF THE CENTURY, ONCE IN A LIFETIME WEDDING, and more!!! The frenzy created on Instagram when the "sneak peak" photos were released took me by surprise!!! Please know that in the case of my daughter's wedding, it does not feel cliche to say that the wedding was a dream! Her reception was truly a fairy tale! This did not happen by accident.... my daughter gave me the greatest gift any bride could give the MOB, she hired Elyse and Ashley!!! She said, "Elyse and Ashley ARE truly the Wedding Planners Dream Team! Mom, I know how you are .... and Elyse is the ONLY planner that you would ever want and trust! She is the best of the best!!!" My daughter was so right!!! Elyse and Ashley's knowledge of the wedding industry is second to none. The relationships they have established with the A-team wedding vendors is a huge perk of doing business!!! But make no mistake.... it is their attention to minutest detail that fills my very type-A soul... and Elyse's uncanny vision and wedding expertise that brings the Bride's dreams to life!!! Is Elyse Jennings "The Wedding Planner Fairy Godmother?"..... ABSOLUTELY! One last thing, not only are Elyse and Ashley the consummate professionals, but they are genuinely the nicest people that you will meet!!!! In summary, my review comes down to this: Brides ... 1) say YES to the right groom, and then 2) say YES to the right planner ... and that is Elyse Jennings Weddings!!!! Prepare to be wowed ... and watch all your champagne wishes and caviar dreams come true!!!! Bravo Elyse Jennings Weddings!!! We will never be able to adequately thank you for all that you did!!! Love ya'll sooooo much !!!

t share enough compliments towards these two pro’s. The detailed advance planning proved to have been time well spent as every detail was exactly as our team envisioned and dreamed of. Elyse and Ashley made it all look easy. Which we know, it was not! They were/are an impressive dream-team. If you are considering working with them, stop reading this and just hire them. You will not regret it! Worth every penny.

ll time jobs. We truly could not have done this without them. Their positive attitudes are just what any bride needs. They created a vision with me and executed it better than I could have imagined. We are very thankful for them!!

zing vendor suggestions and the entire weekend was perfect from start to finish! 10/10 recommend - an absolutely incredible team!

and literally define calm, cool, and collected. I am definitely a type A bride and had very high hopes and expectations for the design and experience, and my expectations were exceeded beyond my wildest dreams because of EJW. A few specific highlights: 1. One of the things that stands out to me the most is that Elyse is the ultimate problem solver; if an issue ever arose, she brought it to me with multiple solutions/alternatives so that by the time I knew about it, it didn't even feel like an issue. We had outdoor photos planned for our wedding and the forecast was terrible, and I wasn't even remotely stressed or upset because I knew Elyse, Ashley, and our photographer Cat Guidry were so on top of it. In the end, the plan B they came up with resulted in photos that were absolutely stunning, even better than the original plan. 2. Elyse recommended every vendor that we worked with and every single one was absolutely incredible. Our photographer, videographer, florist, band, hair and makeup, etc.--every single one was amazing to work with and exceeded our expectations. You can 10000% trust Elyse and Ashley to recommend the vendors that are not just the best, but specifically who is best for you and your vision and personality. 3. The design. omg. I knew it would be beautiful based on our planning meetings but Elyse took my vision/inspiration and made the reality more stunning and spectacular than I ever could have dreamed. Our guests are still talking about how insane the floral design was. 4. The experience. The majority of our guests attend a TON of weddings and sooo many people told us ours was the most epic and fun wedding they've ever experienced. We even had multiple people tell us how much they specifically loved the flow of the event. Again, I attribute this 100% to EJW's planning and coordination expertise. Also need to give a special shoutout to the fact that an hour into my reception my bustle broke and Elyse whipped out her sewing kit and fixed it within 5 minutes. Add seamstress extraordinaire to the list of what makes her the very best--she is seriously unbelievable!!!

xpectations in every way. Always prepared, always calm, always present, and always supportive sums up Elyse. I’d never do a wedding without her!

process because Elyse’s team took care of everything in such an organized manner. They made me feel so calm during my wedding weekend and I am forever grateful for that. All of my guests said it was the most fun, magical wedding they had ever been to, and I can’t recommend working with Elyse and her team enough!

ning can be overwhelming so we both took great comfort knowing we were in good hands. They anticipated our needs, never skipped a beat with last minute schedule changes, were on top of EVERY single little detail--and carried out every step on the to-do list with such grace. My spouse and I are both in the wedding industry so believe when we say...ELYSE JENNINGS IS THE BEST! Hands down the greatest decision we made and worth every penny. Thanks Elyse and team!

sional problem solver, and local event guidelines guru but she never once lost her amazing gift for being cool, calm, and collected. The first time I heard her voice on the phone I knew no matter what happened, she would have my back. And she sure did! I don't know what I would have done without Elyse, and Ashley too. On the actual wedding day she was so unbelievably professional and cool - she really went above and beyond and I didn't have to worry about a thing! If you are ready to trust someone with your New Orleans wedding planning, look no further.

xecuted during a pandemic. Everything happened so smoothly, and my husband and I (and our families) were able to enjoy our wedding weekend without an ounce of stress and truly take the weekend in. We would recommend their team to anyone- local or out of town! Even though we both live in New Orleans, their insight was priceless! They were always quick to respond to questions and are so incredibly innovative! I am so indecisive, and they made it so easy to guide me through making all of my tough decisions! You will be the luckiest couple to work with such an incredible team!!!

year of pushed timelines and our wedding should have been a nightmare. Fortunately, we had Elyse and her team on our side. Not only were they extremely knowledgable about current local COVID policies and were able to help us make the difficult decision to push our wedding, they were also there to help us work through any and all pandemic related complications throughout the process. As much as I would love to separate my wedding planning experience from COVID-19, it was my reality (along with thousands of other brides) to have to plan a wedding through this process and I would be doing Elyse and her team a disservice to not mention how helpful they were during every phase of it. During the weeks and months leading up to the wedding Elyse and Ashley planned hours of calls to walk through every single detail. Although we were discussing logistics and colors they made a point to ask me constantly questions like, "how do you want to feel in this moment" or "what's the most important thing for you to get out of this moment" which always made me pause and reflect on what the purpose of the day is. When you are in the thick of wedding planning it is way too easy to get stuck on minute details and forget about the big picture. I think that is the difference between a good wedding planner and a great wedding planner. A good wedding planner helps you work with vendors and makes sure that the day goes smoothly; a great wedding planner is able to translate what you want into feelings and emotions. A great wedding planner truly can feel like a magician and Elyse Jennings is pure magic.

ning process. Elyse and Ashley are incredibly organized, responsive and creative. Throughout the entire process, I knew that we could rely on their guidance and suggestions in navigating vendor choices, design plans and budgeting decisions. I could have never imagined how calm I would have been on my wedding day and it was all thanks to Elyse and Ashley. They are the perfect team, create detailed timelines and communicate with all vendors to plan a perfectly coordinated day. Not only did ever vendor comment how wonderful it was to work with Elyse and Ashley, but even our bridal party and guests also noticed how the entire day was impeccably planned! The very best decision we made in our planning process was choosing to work with Elyse!!

mething More” package and right from the start Elyse and Ashley worked on putting our wedding day vision into motion. We flew down to meet in person and were blown away with a incredibly detailed design plan. During that trip, the four of us met with our vendors, and Elyse and Ashley helped us make important decisions along the way. Again not being from NOLA, Elyse and Ashley were always there with helpful suggestions so that we felt comfortable our guests would have an amazing time. And they did! Elyse and Ashley’s organizational skills and eye for detail were evident everywhere, especially in our “day of” schedule. My husband and woke up totally stress free knowing our day was laid out perfectly. I also felt super confident with Elyse by my side before getting to the venue and after. And this girl works magic with a stuck zipper! Trust me - book EJW! It will be the best decision in your planning process!

age which suited our needs perfectly. As a hyper organized person, I was super impressed from the start with the Google Drive folder they set up for us and all their templates. I found the vendor recommendations to be extraordinarily helpful as there are so many options to choose from. The day we reviewed the design plan was so lovely and the team made everything so fun. It was incredible to see how the team brought words and ideas to life. I was so relieved to hand everything over to the team the month before our wedding and they handled everything with such ease and grace. Everyone kept telling my fiance and I how calm we seemed and this was all due to the EJW team. We felt like a King and a Queen on our wedding day. They thought of every detail - from when to hand me my reception shoes and earrings, to literally brushing my hair before our dinner speeches. They anticipated every need we could have had. They even made sure all of our items (bouquet, wedding cake, veil, etc.) made it back to our hotel rooms. Our wedding was the most perfect day we could have dreamed of. I'll never forget when we walked into our dinner at the wedding - how beautiful everything looked. The EJW team made the design plan come to life. It was better than I could have ever imagined. Even members of our wedding party who had recently gotten married were going out of their way to voice how amazing the EJW team was handling everything. To be worry free on your wedding day and be able to enjoy every second is truly priceless.

ch was package in between full package and month-of package) and for me, their largest impact was in design planning (taking my vision/preferences for florals, rentals, stage, lighting, etc. and compiling into a more succinct "plan") and in their ability to seamlessly setup and execute that design vision (and keep things running smoothly) the day-of. They have relationships with many vendors and were wonderful sounding boards when I ran into questions or challenges during the planning process. I was completely stress free the day of my wedding because I knew that the vendors and plans I had teed up in the preceding months were now in EJW's hands, so I could rest easy! All of our guests raved about the reception, and I can't thank Elyse and Ashley enough for their effort in helping to make the day so special!

t of state. From the beginning, they were in constant communication and helped connect us to the vendors we requested, or to vendors they highly suggested/have great relationships with. The vendors they connected us with were amazing, and they communicated with them on our behalf. All communication was organized and efficient, and they worked with our communication style as well. We all primarily worked out of shared files via Google Drive they they created, and it was so easy as we had multiple family members involved in the planning as well. Their documents were amazing and kept everyone up to date. They worked with our requests and set realistic expectations to ensure we understood how the process/planning worked. We had a handful of phone meetings/conference calls with them throughout the planning process, and we would go over every detail of the wedding weekend to ensure we stayed within budget. The wedding weekend went by so fast, but it was such a dream and it went so smoothly thanks to Ashley! She worked seamlessly with the vendors to ensure it was a perfect day. From coordinating with the photographer, videographer, venue, catering, etc. to holding up my dress while I needed to use the restroom, wiping my nose for me in between pictures, fanning air under my dress because it was so hot out - she was there!!! She had an extra coordinator help keep all of the groomsmen organized as well. Ashley helped coordinate a second line with band and street permits as well. Thank God permits were just reinstated a few days before our wedding and Ashley was the first to let us know! The whole weekend blew us away, and all of our guests/family cannot stop talking about how beautiful and how much fun the whole evening was!!! We are sad it is all over, but cannot thank Ashley and Elyse enough for all of their help and hard work to helping make it the perfect weekend!!

as stress free as wedding planning can possibly be! They know every major vendor in the industry personally which we feel offered us preferential services. I continue to think back on the details they managed and am amazed at the care they took in every minute area. Our reception venue manager told me, ‘This is the most well managed event we have ever hosted.” His word are meaningful as they are a venue who have hosted literally thousands of events of all types. We are sincerely grateful to Elyse and Ashley for all of their love and hard work!

come to life, and always providing a creative plan B when an obstacle came our way. The teams creativity was never needed more than when our band's bus broke down on the side of the road HOURS from our venue in Baton Rouge the afternoon of the wedding. Elyse and Ashley provided me with multiple solutions to this hiccup, and we turned a situation that could have been disastrous into the most amazing evening I could have asked for. Just hours before the wedding the team hired two members of a popular band in New Orleans to come to Baton Rouge and play an acoustic set for a "cocktail hour". The acoustic duo learned my husband and I's first dance "Beyond" just before the wedding and the guests enjoyed the acoustic set while eating and drinking for an hour and a half. After we cut the cake BAM the party band had arrived from Atlanta and the hype from the guests was out of control. We danced the night away and our guests never knew the acoustic set/cocktail hour wasn't the plan all along. I will never be able to thank Elyse Jennings Weddings for all of their hard word, creativity, patience, and calming nature throughout this process. They made wedding planning so much fun!

nto making our wedding day run perfectly smooth. They literally do not miss any detail and are so easy to work and communicate with!! Elyse and her team are beyond professional— our wedding party is still talking about how amazing they were. Elyse and Ashley called us a month out and we had a 3.5 hour call that we discussed any and everything possible. After that call, her and Ashley put together the most incredible packet of things that were done, things that still needed to be done, and even suggestions on many little things we did not even think of!!! At our rehearsal, she gave a thorough run through of how the day would go and had programs made with a minute by minute schedule of the wedding day for the wedding party! On the day of the wedding, Elyse, Ashley, and Andrea took full control. I literally had nothing to worry about because they had EVERYTHING covered. I can honestly say that our wedding or wedding day would not have been as magical if it were not for Elyse Jennings and her crew. They brought all of my planning to life in just a months time. If you’re on the fence about spending the money for her planning, I can easily and honestly say she was THE BEST money spent for all her and her team do. I will forever tell brides they NEED Elyse Jennings Weddings as their coordinator!!!!

ays informed on the city's guidelines (as an out of state couple), and that we could still have our dream wedding regardless of when it happened. I could not be more grateful for the time and effort they spent throughout the entire process. They made the day of the wedding 100% stress free and everything went exactly (and even better) than we could have imagined. THANK YOU!

COVID-19, the ceremony was pushed to early August. Through such uncertain times, they guided us through every scenario and kept us ahead of the game and prepared to make tough decisions. We had lots of questions, and they always had an answer! Not only do they carry themselves with the highest level of professionalism, they are kind, patient, compassionate, and SO sweet! They are also very organized, very knowledgeable, and extremely detail-oriented, so much so that my mom and I couldn’t stop saying, “They think of everything!” throughout the wedding planning process. We feel so honored to have had them on our side. Our wedding day flowed flawlessly, and I could not have dreamt of a better or more perfect day. We had such an amazing experience over the past several months with the EJW team that we knew the first thing we needed to do after our wedding was lock them in for our big reception/one-year anniversary party in 2021! We are forever grateful for Elyse & Ashley. They are so talented at what they do and are simply the BEST of the BEST!

ew months! Elyse made everything so easy and positive, I truly could not imagine the amount of stress I would have been under if I didn't have her. And though the wedding was smaller than we originally planned, it was absolutely stunning and so special. Elyse made sure that we were able to get as full of a wedding experience as possible. In fact, we loved her and her team so much that we are hanging on to them for another year so we can have an anniversary party with all the people who weren't able to celebrate with us this year!

actual wedding day. Everything went perfectly. From transporting close to 200 guests on coach buses from the French Quarter to the Garden District and back, to ending the night with an amazing Second Line (and lots of very excited guests), every aspect of the day went smoothly and the family and bridal party were able to relax and enjoy with no worries or hassle (even our guests were talking about how impressed they were that everything was perfect)! Elyse is so creative and was able to bring to life all of my design ideas and really transform the ballroom into a fluid space. Not only was everything beautiful, but all of our guests have told me it was the most fun wedding they will ever attend. Elyse and Ashley are calm and organized and work seamlessly with the photographers, videographers, florists, and all of the vendors involved . Also newcomer Britni is the sweetest and I so enjoyed having her in the bridal suite with us! I am so happy we hired Elyse and her team and would highly recommend them to anyone. The day wouldn't have been the same without them!

r, you are wrong. You need someone and Elyse is bar none the best out there. Elyse and Ashley took care of every detail and I knew that on the day of my wedding all I had to do was focus on having fun! I received so many compliments after the wedding about how beautiful it was and how it was unlike anything my guests had ever seen! It is all because of Elyse and her team that we were able to turn a ballroom into the most romantic, elegant garden of roses. She was able to take the simple adjectives and ideas that I wanted for my day and turned it into the most incredible design. Speaking of—she has a talent for design that I really needed for the day. Elyse and her team took my little dreams of being a princess for a day and made it even better than I could have imagined. I cannot thank her and her team enough for making everything so perfect!

ay without them. The level of detailed planning and scheduling that goes into a flawless wedding day is mind boggling, but they make it look easy. EJW is a lovely blend of artistry, creativity, and professionalism. Something More is the package we chose and it worked perfectly for us. The reception was so beautiful -it took my breath away. Elyse's design skills are exceptional. My advice? Hire Elyse and then trust her. It's what we did and it was absolutely the best decision of the whole process.

hallenges and time constraints you wouldn’t think of. But these ladies covered every detail perfectly. I mean, every detail! I’m not great at putting a vision down and making it come to life, but Elyse and her team are phenomenal. Everything we could have ever wanted and more was exactly the way you would dream it. That’s exactly what our wedding was, the perfect dream that we didn’t want to wake up from, all because of these fabulous ladies and their hard work. I can’t say enough great things about them. All I can say is, our day would not have gone so smoothly and so perfectly had it not been for them! Thank you thank you thank you!!! Can we do it again?!

had no clue where to begin. After we luckily stumbled upon Elyse Jennings Weddings, these incredible ladies managed to get to know us, consider all of our interests and values, and turn it into the best night of our (and many of our guests!) lives. They turned dreams we didn't even know we had into a reality. With all the stress that comes with planning an event, it was so reassuring to have a team by your side who has the answer to every question, and was usually (OK always) 10 steps ahead of you. I tend to run on anxious, and was concerned about feeling this way on our big day. To my surprise, I spent my wedding day care-free, allowing me to soak up every little detail and live each second in the moment. Of all the support and expertise that EJW provided, this was absolutely invaluable. Their kindness, consideration, and oh-so-sweet personalities make them an absolute pleasure to work with. I think it's pretty rare for a newly married couple to say they'll miss the wedding planning process- but we will most certainly miss working alongside this incredible team!

joyable, as it should be. Besides being so sweet, kind and easy to work with, their organization skills are out of this world. They kept everything organized and easily accessible for me and my family at all times. I am someone who is very indecisive and not great with making lots of decisions. They helped me with all the decision making and helped me feel confident about all my choices! They bring all of your thoughts to life. Ashley always kept me on track with to-do lists and next steps! They were there whenever we had questions or concerns and always had the answers! When the day of came, I was able to enjoy every second because I knew everything was taken care of! They thought of every detail! I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect, beautiful and smooth wedding day! It is a day my husband and I will remember forever and we couldn’t have been more thankful for Elyse and Ashley! They’re the absolute BEST!

mories of our Daughter, the Bride, is one where she is standing outside on the sidewalk, IN THE POURING RAIN, about to get into the car and head to the church....she is wearing a clear rain poncho with an umbrella over her head....her SMILE is SO GENUINE, it's as though she has no idea its STORMING. I realize that without Elyse and her wonderful, gracious Team, that moment in the rain could have been very different...Behind the scenes, they had umbrellas, and ponchos for everyone in the wedding party. There are so many other examples of their preparedness, I could go on and on... Our Daughter's Happily Ever After began with utmost professionalism, patience, kindness, and love. Thank you EJW!

always know exactly what to expect and where to set up. At my last wedding, Ashley called me to make sure I could navigate road closures that day and kept me updated on the traffic concerns. To say they go above and beyond is an understatement. The result is flawless weddings.

my hair during my reception they did it all!! If I could redo my wedding, I would choose EJW every time! Every idea and request I had for my wedding was done thanks to my great planners! They were professional, punctual, respectful, helpful, fun, etc. My entire wedding day was PERFECT and everything I ever wanted thanks to Elyse Jennings Weddings!

s get so stressed out - this is easy!" A few months in, however, I quickly realized that I had ZERO idea how much went into orchestrating your big day. Enter: Elyse and Ashley. These two women handled every little detail (and I mean every. little. detail. ) - linens, wrapping the dance floor, flip flops for the reception, sharpies for our guest book - you name it, they thought of it! Things I NEVER would have thought of. Also, Elyse and her team are crazy organized. I'm talking next level, y'all. You should have seen the check-list/timeline they put together for me - it was seriously a work of art. My videographer (who is from out of state and has worked many a big budget weddings) told me he had never met a wedding planner more detailed-oriented and efficient - I believe his exact words were, "I've never had the privilege of working with anyone like them." To top it all off, Elyse and Ashley were ALWAYS available to me, no matter what day or time it was...and I constantly had questions (raise your hand if you continually overthink everything). Despite my persistent inquiries, they remained patient, professional and helpful. So much so, that when the day of my wedding rolled around, I was SO. DAMN. CHILL. Like, spa day chill. And that to me, was the greatest wedding present of all - being able to focus on marrying my best friend and not obsessing over all the insignificant details. So, do yourself a favor and HIRE THIS DREAM TEAM! ESPECIALLY if you're planning a big wedding. You won't be disappointed!!!

ekend handling ALL aspects of the wedding and reception with such professionalism, grace, creativity and poise under pressure. Elyse and Ashley basically "took over" 6 weeks out, handling all contracts, timetables, payment schedules and negotiations. They provided us with meticulous lists, schedules and reminders so that it was basically impossible to overlook any important detail. They provided suggestions and answers to "worst case scenarios", especially since our wedding weekend was supposed to be a washout. Never once did they panic or appear stressed throughout this whole process. Despite the countless number of phone calls, requests, questions and concerns from our end, EJWP responded with kindness and patience...day or night! But the best part of all was the wedding weekend. As the mother of the bride, I was able to enjoy the entire weekend because I knew that Elyse and her competent team were in charge. I was able to relax and have fun as though I had no worries or responsibilities in the world. Having that feeling all weekend was priceless. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Elyse and Ashley, for being so kind, enthusiastic and hard working during these past 6 weeks. You were the absolute BEST!!

ation, New Orleans was it. I was stressed about planning a destination wedding, and to make matters worse, got very negative "vibes" from the planner that we spoke to in Houston. THEN we found EJW! After talking to Ashley over the phone, my mom and I were completely on board. We cannot imagine the entire process going more smoothly. They are professional, super organized, calm (even when you are not), and know how to pull together an amazing party. With their direction and organization, decisions were easy and the whole process was super fun! Thank you to the EJW team for an amazing wedding weekend. Everything was perfect, start to finish. Wishing we could go back and do it all again!!

ative. As soon as we committed to a contract with her, she provided TONS of helpful organizational documents and I literally do not know what I would have done without her guidance. She had us fill out some documentation about what we wanted for our wedding and she brought that vision to life even more perfect than what I could have imagined. The design that she put together was beyond magical and it was stunning to see it all come together. On the day of the wedding, I did not have to worry about anything planning wise and I'm so thankful for that. There was a plan in place for everything imaginable and I repeat - I can't imagine doing all of that without her. She and her team are personable, organized, professional and it was such a pleasure to work with all of them. I can't give them enough praise for their help throughout the entire wedding planning process and I'm beyond thankful to have gotten the opportunity to be an EJW Bride!

as and found a way to make this momentus event magical and appear effortless! Knowing what was happening behind the scenes, makes that amazing! The organization and knowledge that Elyse brings to the wedding planning assures everyone that they will have a day to enjoy and remember. She takes the worry out of the occasion, because she handles EVERYTHING! As the MOB, it was amazing to sit back, relax and enjoy my daughter's beautiful wedding. I would highly recommend Elyse Jennings Weddings...they are amazing!

hat I cannot even explain. They exceeded our expectations in every single category. They thought of absolutely every detail, which was especially essential as I was a destination bride. I am so happy we chose them to plan our wedding and am honestly crying happy tears while writing this review, as not only was it THE best day of our lives, but our whole guest list thought the same. It was beyond perfect and seamless. They are smooth, efficient, cool calm & collected leading up to the wedding day and also during. They put any stress that we had to ease and quite honestly was an amazing stress-free process with them. Long story short: absolutely hire Elyse and her team if you want your dream wedding to come to life. Worth every single penny.

absolute perfection. On the weekend of the wedding (and really the whole week week before) all you have to do is relax, enjoy and soak up every minute - you are in the best hands! Elyse took my vision and made it even more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. It was the best day ever, and I give Elyse and Ashley all the credit for it!

rough the entire year and a half of planning our wedding. I had high expectations for them because I had heard such amazing reviews through both friends and online... and they still exceeded our expectations ABOVE AND BEYOND through the entire process!!!! Starting one month from our wedding date, Ashley covered every single detail, even the ones I never even imagined to think of, with such professionalism, organization, confidence and patience with me!!!! Ashley was there at all hours of the day and night when I needed to text or email her with a question or concern and she had a solution or had already taken care of it before I could even get to it. Once wedding weekend rolled around.. I swear I trusted this girl with my life!! I felt 1000 percent confident that she had anything I had forgotten, or hadn’t even thought of, under control. And she did!!! Not only was she so vital for me and my husbands peace of mind on the wedding weekend, but she was in control of and helpful to my entire very large family. At the end of the wedding my mom told Ashley that she didn’t know what we were gonna do without her and asked if she could take ashley home with her!!! Not only was she on top of every single detail, she was also a friend and an amazing support system on my big day and helped keep me calm the whole time. Even going out of her way to steam my dress and fan me in the heat seconds before walking down the aisle!! I couldn’t possibly put all of the good things I have to say about this company into one review. If you are in search of a wedding planner... HIRE ELYSE JENNINGS!! It is worth every penny and more and will change your entire wedding experience.

s and was able to beyond amazingly handle every situation. She was able to not only understand what we wanted, but also to ease any of our stresses along the way. She captured our dream ideas from the beginning and was able to make them a reality - although the whole night still seems like a dream! Meticulous organization and beyond amazing imagination and execution!! I bragged about her to everyone every step of the way.
