The Elysium Quartet played our wedding back in June and they were AMAZING! We had a large wedding with almost 300 guests, and the quartet played appropriately loud enough for everyone to be able to hear the music. They were such a classy and luxurious addition to our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. Every song sounded perfect and we got so many compliments. I’ll forever cherish the moment of walking down the aisle to their beautiful rendition of “At Last”. Thank you to Elysium Quartet for being part of our perfect day!

From the very beginning, they were a pleasure to work with. They responded to every email quickly and patiently answered all of our questions. They even helped us choose some of the songs for the ceremony and cocktail hour when we weren’t sure what would fit best. Their professionalism and willingness to accommodate our requests made the planning process so much easier. We did have about 5 extra requests, and they were able to make all of them happen. That was really special to us.
The ceremony music was absolutely stunning. I’ll never forget the moment my wife walked down the aisle to their beautiful arrangement of her favorite song. It was so moving.
For the cocktail hour, they switched gears and played a mix of classical and modern pieces that kept everyone entertained. We first approached them within two weeks of our wedding and despite the late contact, they were fantastic and responsive about adding us to their schedules late in the process. We appreciate their patience, skill, and "happy to help" attitude. We are so happy that they were a part of our ceremony - they added class and a high level of artistry! Highly recommend!

l as 30 or so minutes of prelude music. They were perfect…great to work with, and they were very accommodating in terms of the music requests. I actually called them the night before the wedding to request a change in the Bride’s processional music. Julie was happy to make the change at the last minute, and she assured me that everything would go smoothly. On the day of the wedding, it couldn’t have gone any better. Their prelude music was a mixture of traditional classical tunes that you would expect to hear at a wedding, but also some modern pieces that really caught the audience’s attention. When the ceremony started, they transitioned seamlessly from the different pieces that we had chosen for the wedding party and the bride’s processional. The bride received so many compliments about how great they sounded. I know some weddings choose not to use live music for the ceremony to keep costs down, but I am so glad that we decided to hire them as a gift. They helped create the perfect atmosphere to the ceremony, and they sounded amazing.

ls with day of the wedding.. my coordinator came up to me 30 minutes before walking down the aisle saying they weren’t there yet and they couldn’t get ahold of them. Luckily they showed up but even from the beginning of planning the communication was awful. It took days to a week for them to email back and then them not showing up until minutes before was the icing on the cake. I don’t think I would recommend them to future couples.

I'm not sure why Kathleen called us at 3:30 because we were both there at that time, and that the music started well within the agreed upon time (15-20 minutes before the ceremony).
