Cancelled hours before the wedding!
I signed a contract in August for my wedding on October 1 for both hair and makeup services. I had been texting with her on styles the couple o...f weeks prior to my wedding. I also texted her 24 in advance of our start time (morning of September 30) to confirm and she responded yes. The night of September 30 I received a text message at 9 PM saying she had something else come up and couldn't make it to do my hair and makeup the next morning - 12 hours before the start time. She wouldn't answer the phone when I tried to call and left me scrambling to find an appointment late at night for the following morning.
