I recently held my wedding reception at this location in Charlotte (6/8/2019). Everything was beyond what I expected from the staff, the food,the rooms and just their dedication to our wedding day. They were always a call/email away with changes and very open to our vision. Nadia at times even kept me on track with meetings and items I needed to complete (she understood a brides mind during this time), but they made it easy and stress free from the first day!! If I had to do it again I would definitely do it at Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte with no changes. Our guest continue to talk about how they enjoyed the wedding reception and how pleasant the hotel staff were during the weekend. The staff became family to us within the year of planning, it was heartbreaking to know our time together was over.
