We used the North DFW Embassy Suite for our Ceremony, Cocktail hour, and reception. The event coordination team was so easy to work with and their communication was fast. We had the ceremony in one ballroom, guests had a cocktail hour in a nice mini lounge area, and the reception in another ballroom. We had food stations which were a HUGE hit! They created a signature cocktail for us and served it at both the cocktail hour and the reception. As the bride, I stayed in the William D. Tate Suite the night before the wedding and the night of. It had PLENTY of room for hair and make up, plus we got a small treat from the hotel for us to share! My guests all commented how much they enjoyed having everything in one place then only having an elevator ride to bed after it was done. They have a beautiful lobby and grassy area for pictures so we didn't even leave for pictures! I highly recommend Embassy suites for any event in the future!
