We loved our hotel, it was beautiful, the rooms were great, and it even had swans, but sadly there were more than one hiccup. Our best man arrived on Friday to a wrong room and was accidentally charged for his full stay and an extra night upon arrival. He was told it would take up to a week to get his money returned. It took a bit of arguing, but they were finally able to reimburse him. We also had a similar issue with our room being charged twice. Overall, the hotel is great, but just make sure front desk attendant knows exactly what they are doing.

Our guests loved the location of the Embassy Suites. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The guests especially loved the free cocktail receptions and made to order breakfasts daily. The shuttle was extremely useful for guests. The only complaint was that on the night of the wedding when we got back to the hotel around 12-12:30 the bar was closed. They would have remained open if we wanted to pay an additional fee. It would be wise for the hotel to automatically keep the bar open when they know over 100 guests would be coming back from a wedding and would be in the mood to continue the party. The staff was incredibly helpful. Klara Goldstein helped to make everything run smoothly and updated me weekly on the status of my room block.

our wedding was a destination wedding as most of our guests were from Miami or Orlando, this hotel was easy to get to, the staff was friendly, and they were very accommodating. All of our guests were given a discounted rate and one guest had a bad experience with her room due to a serious of minor inconveinances and the hotel actually gave her a full refund. Other than that isolated event, everyone was happy with the location, look and service of the hotel. The shuttle even drove me and my bridal party to the mall the day before the wedding to get our pedicures done!
