Outstanding service from the initial sales consultation with Lindsey, exceptional catering coordination from Jammie, and flawless setup execution by Roxanne. The venue exceeded our expectations and the team’s attention to detail for our wedding and guests was phenomenal.
Our guests that stayed at the resort, really enjoyed their rooms and the complimentary breakfast each morning. It was a time to gather and plan our day. The managers reception in the evening was enjoyed by all as well.
We had the most beautiful wedding week at Embassy Suites. The hotel staff were so kind, the venue space itself was jaw dropping stunning, the food was amazing, the rooms were clean and so pretty for my getting ready pictures. Majority of our wedding guests stayed in the hotel and had high praises about their entire stay. Jammie was wonderful and coordinated so well with my wedding planner. Anyone looking to have a wedding on the gulf I highly recommend.

The venue comprises 15,500 square feet of event space and offers a choice of three event areas; you can opt for an indoor, a covered outdoor, or an uncovered outdoor setting. Whatever you decide, you won't be disappointed! With its picturesque backdrops, fresh, invigorating atmosphere, and outstanding service, Embassy Suites by Hilton Panama City Beach Resort has everything you need to make all your wedding dreams come true.

Other event services include event rentals and bar and catering services. Buffet, stations, and plated meal options are available; the bar service lets you and your guests enjoy a fabulous selection of house, signature, and specialty drinks. You can opt for the limited bar option or thank your loved ones for their attendance with an open bar. The resort has audio equipment, a dance floor, and tents that you're welcome to use.
