urning phone calls! Brandon Smith was always fantastic to work with! Every Monday he e-mailed me an updated copy of our room block guests per my request. He was so accommodating to our needs! I would 100% recommend this hotel for any guests, whether it be for a wedding or not! The guests on our room block received 2 drink tickets per person, per night to use at the bar in the main lobby & complimentary continental breakfast each morning of their stay. Sarah went above what we requested & had chocolate covered strawberries & champagne delivered to our room on the night of the wedding for the two of us to enjoy. We are truly grateful for such a wonderful experience with Embassy Suites.
We had a block reserved here for ourselves and our guests and we were thrilled with the services. Breakfast is always outstanding, the bar was great for some after-party cocktails...
, and as the bride and groom we thoroughly enjoyed our sparkling wine and strawberries! We even took advantage of their fantastic spa the day after our wedding. Best place to stay in Concord.
Quality establishment who will bend over backwards to meet your needs. Highly recommend!
