All you need is love. Ceremonies are held in our garden atrium, a private ballroom or our brand new Aqua room with waterfall. All events are hosted in one of our private ballrooms, including our newly renovated Terra ballroom. Perfect for intimate or grand affairs for up to 350 guests.

This was a little confusing at first and caused a few little mishaps, but they weren't a big deal. Our first tasting wasn't up to what we expected from an Embassy Suites. So we talked to the catering dept and they did a phenomenal job at our 2nd complimentary tasting where they showed us how a table would be set up, how the dishes would be served and it looked amazing! That's what sold me and I knew I would have a great reception...without that tasting, I would have had my doubts!
You want a trial of what the finished product is going to be before you spend that kind of money! My reception turned out awesome. The linens were perfect, the food was superb, and the atmosphere was relaxed and fun, just as I desired!
Overall, it was a fabulous location for a ceremony. There are so many great photo opportunities at this hotel. It is absolutely beautiful! My wedding was beautiful!!
We had 150 guests and we had open bar buffet style reception. It worked out to be $130 per adult attending. There are cheaper options available...it depends on your budget and preferences for food choices and alcohol choices (4 or 5 hrs open bar? self-serve? etc). 4, 5, or 6 hour reception time?
