inator was very helpful with making all the decisions and keeping everything within our budget. We had a meeting the day before the wedding to finalize all the details and were able to drop off all our decorations that we were providing ourselves. One of my favorite things about Embassy Suites is that they provided all of the tables, chairs, and linens; allowed us to use their mirrored tiles and votive candles as part of our centerpieces; and set up all of decorations that we had brought in the day before so that we didn't have to lift a finger! I was a little worried since I am a bit of a perfectionist, but I couldn't have done it better myself. When we arrived at the reception, we were able to meet the coordinator for the night. He was amazing! Throughout the night he kept everything in order, and even sent food and cake up to our room since he realized we didn't take the time to eat! Without him, I know the night would not have gone so smoothly and we wouldn't have been able to enjoy it as much as we did! All of our guests were very complimentary of the rooms and all of the service from the staff, and really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast the next day. I really don't think we could have chosen a better place to have our reception!
