Mach WeddingReviewed on 7/29/2013 Liz R
Elaine Evans and her catering crew exceeded our expectations for our Wedding reception while staying within the agreed upon budget! There are NO HIDDEN FEES here for things such as napkins, or hors d' oeuvres- it is all included in that price for the meals! Food was exceptional- especially at cocktail hour. Our guests were pleased and well fed- due to good portion size at dinner. Judy in the catering staff even washed our champagne glasses, cake knife and cake topper and boxed them up for us to take home! If you choose the Embassy Suites, you won't be disappointed!
Absolutely AmazingReviewed on 8/02/2012 Katie L
I got married at the Embassy Suites less than a month ago and it was perfect. We did both the ceremony and the reception there. We also did cocktails on fri night and a farewell breakfast the following morning. The staff was wonderful to work with and I loved getting married there. You really feel like a princess when you get to come down a glass elevator and then walk down the isle...:)

The Perfect Reception VenueReviewed on 11/09/2010 Lindsey B
I am so happy that we chose Embassy Suites. The catering manager, Elaine, was great to work with and made sure that all of our little details were perfect! The food was delicious and the staff were all very polite. The atrium area was used for a cocktail hour and is absolutely beautiful. The room was set up more perfectly than I could have imagined. A lot of our guests reserved rooms for the weekend and we were all very satisfied with our stay. The honeymoon suite is HUGE! I wish we could have stayed there for a week rather than just one night :) I was satisifed 110% by the service at Embassy Suites - it's a wonderful place to have a wedding reception (and/or ceremony!)
Beautiful DecorReviewed on 8/31/2010 Devaki W
If you are looking for a place that has the feel of outdoors, but you want to be indoors (skeptical of the weather), then this is the place. Embassy Suites has a beautifully decorated atrium with waterfall, plants, and gazebo. It has skylights to provide that ray of sunshine. Very little if any additional decor is needed to make this place any more gorgeous than what it is. The hotel staff was nice and attentive. The food (we had brunch) was excellent. This place is a great choice.

;Alot of times in all of the areas of your wedding people will tell you that you can do certain things but then once they take a deposit and you sign they change their tune and act like they don't know what you were talking about- or didn't understand. If there is something specific that you have your heart set on for your wedding day and a company says they can do it- GET IT IN WRITING BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING. Don't be afraid to speak up. You are paying for it and it is your big day.

The convienence of having our ceremony & reception at the same place.;manager promised to help get a reception line going after ceremony, was nowhere to be found when the time came.

There were never a loss of places to take pictures, with a waterfall and full glass elevators. We were also the only event because there is only one ball room which is really nice.;Be very specific on any price discrepancies, and make sure to get everything in writing.
