The remodel looks great. The rooms are clean and very spacious. All staff members were pleasant. The breakfast and managers happy hour times are strictly enforced. The omelets weren't as tasty (I ate breakfast 3x) on this visit.

Stayed here a few months back and had a decent experience. Service was good, location wasn't far from many of the attractions, a walkable distance for the most part. Food was good but they need more options at breakfast. Room was very nice but ...
the view sucked, understandably. Overall a good experience especially from other Embassy Suites locations I've visited. I would stay here again.

Although the location is a bit away from the museum, it is still within a comfortable walking distance. You can also take the bus, and biking is an effective option as well.

ail. As expected, the welcome reception was a great policy that helped us unwind after a long day of travel.
The room was relatively clean. The facilities were classic and elegant rather than old or worn out. The water pressure was a bit weak, but since only one of the two faucets had this issue, it seemed like something that could be easily fixed upon request.
Breakfast was excellent, and the made-to-order omelet was outstanding.

It was a wonderful experience!! Mike G, at the front desk was warm and welcoming. The cocktail hour needed more options for snacks; salsa & chips didn't cut it. 😕 Needed more options for drinks.

ions were very good. My omelet was made on the spot and everything was wonderful. It's certainly worth the price. However, the indoor pool is too small and the scent of chlorine was too strong.
All in all, those are just minor issues. Doesn't take away from my stay!! ♥️

We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider staying here again, though others with different priorities might feel differently.

e air conditioning worked great, and we appreciated having two TVs. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and both the breakfast and happy hour were amazing! We also enjoyed a nice meal at the attached restaurant, which was super convenient.
Cons: The doors and toilets were a bit noisy (we could even hear a toilet flushing in the room above—yuck). The ice machine wasn’t on every floor, which was inconvenient. Some bathroom materials were starting to show wear, one of the TVs had poor color, and the bathroom lighting was very dim. Our particular room didn’t have much natural light, so it felt a bit boxed in at times.
Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives for us, but travelers sensitive to noise or who prefer lots of natural light might want to keep these points in mind.
