I was SO happy with how my wedding makeup turned out!! Cassie did an amazing job and I would recommend anyone to her to do their makeup. She did my makeup, my moms, and all my bridesmaids. She really listens to what you want and your style of makeup so you still look like yourself- but better. I had two trials with her (because I postponed my wedding due to COVID) and we really nailed down the look with those trials. Embellir was also super great, understanding, and flexible to work through the pandemic and postponing my wedding a couple times. Also, my makeup stayed on ALL DAY and I still looked great after 12+ hours of sweating. Thank you for helping me to feel like a beautiful bride!

This salon is the best in the area. All of my bridal party, both the mother of the bride and groom, as well as the flower girl got our hair and makeup for my wedding done here. I was extremely impressed with how beautiful we all looked and how well everyone's hair and make held up with the extreme heat! They are professional and fun at the same time. I would recommend this salon to everyone!

Simply amazing! Alicia did my hair and Adeline did my makeup and they both outdid themselves. Alicia worked wonders with my extensions and my half up half down fish tail braid. Adeline worked wonders with my makeup and I felt like a queen all day, wish I could wear airbrush everyday! They both also did my trail run and also all of my girls hair and makeup. Everyone looks flawless and the prices and communication was great from day one. I would definitely recommend anyone to them.

I am so glad I found Embellir for my wedding! I don't have a regular salon, so searching for a place I could trust on my wedding day made me nervous. I booked a haircut with Embellir to try them out, and loved it from the start. My mom and I had test hair and makeup done about 2 months before the wedding, and the ladies did a beautiful job, making a few slight adjustments as we refined our ideas. On the wedding day, smooth as could be! They even fit my sister (MoH) and mother-in-law in for hair about a month before the wedding when I finalized the day-of plans and knew I would have them with me. Embellir is now my go-to for regular hair services too.

Embellir salon was absolutely amazing to work with on my wedding day! They made me look and feel like a princess! They did the whole bridal party's hair and makeup and were very prompt with timing getting us out of the salon right on schedule. The day of I decided to change my hairstyle from the hair trial and they did an amazing! I loved my hair and makeup.

Adeline did makeup for my sister and I. She did a wonderful job and our makeup held up very well in the heat of our partially outdoor August wedding. I was so happy to have this salon so our hair and makeup for my wedding day!! They were so professional and cameto my parents home I sylvania on the wedding day with all of their supplies and mirrors and set up stations for hair and makeup for all the girls !!! They were so fun and sweet and professional! They were very good and able to produce the hair and makeup that each girl desired from a picture they had! I never looked better ! Adeline the makeup artist was amazing and so fun! The rest of the girls at the salon were so sweet and talented at hair! I would definitely recommend them for you and your bridal party !

The team at Embellir did a great job for me, my bridesmaids, and moms on the big day. They also accommodated hair appointments for some of my out of town guests, and let ladies who didn't have appointments hang out with us. We brought in mimosa kits and lunch and had a fun afternoon before my 5pm ceremony.

Ade and Shannon did a great job with my hair and make-up, as well as the rest of the my bridal party. They were professional, fun and listened to what I wanted. My only gripe would be the receptionist... not very friendly or helpful, but I would encourage you to look beyond her because the end result was just what I wanted for my day!

I couldn't have been happier with my wedding day hair and makeup! My bridesmaids and I had our hair done at Embellir, and the entire experience started the wedding day off on a great foot! Shannon was my hair stylist and even with my vague description of what I wanted, Shannon styled my hair to perfection! Shannon and I had a trial run, making the wedding day less stressful. She takes notes and pictures, and listens as well as adds her own input! My hair was beyond what I expected, and Shannon really did a beautiful, breathtaking job (I got lots of compliments on the hair!). My bridesmaids also had their hair styled at Embellir, and every single lady looked gorgeous. The ladies at Embellir really made us feel welcome and they went above and beyond so we were comfortable! Adeline also did my makeup for the big day. I'm definitely not used to the professional make-over makeup, but after the trial run for makeup I was so excited for the big day! No worrying over my makeup running or fading. Adeline is truly talented and a joy to work with! I totally recommend Embellir for hair and makeup on your big day. You can't go wrong!

Embellir Salon in downtown Maumee has a lot of personality--the building used to be a bank and the inside is pretty cool. My photographer had a lot of fun taking getting ready pictures inside on the big morning. But, I'd have to say it's the talented and super knowledgeable ladies that work there that make Embellir truly awesome. Shannon was my hair stylist and she is nothing short of incredible. My hair is long and incredibly thick--a challenge in my mind. When I met with Shannon for my trial run, we discussed a couple different options I liked and we went from there. She suggested a couple changes, made a lot of notes, took pictures, and really gave me her all on the trial. I was completely confident that I had found the perfect hair stylist. When wedding day rolled around I was very relaxed and not worried about my hair at all; Shannon was completely prepared and my hair was exactly what I wanted. I had the same experience with my makeup artist, Adeline. I went to her without any real ideas for wedding make-up, but after chatting with her at my trial she was able to suggest some ideas and we decided to play with color instead of going natural. I'm so glad I went with her suggestions! Adeline also took notes on what she used and was well prepared on wedding day. And I absolutely loved the way I looked! Both Adeline and Shannon made my day a lot easier and enjoyable. I would recommend Embellir to anyone looking for a place to go for wedding needs or even just a new stylist. Every time I've been in I've been completely satisfied.

Adeline, my stylist, did such an incredible job on my makeup and hair. I was absolutely astounded by how it all turned out when I put my wedding dress on. People kept commenting on how amazing I looked that night, and how it fit really well with the theme I chose for my wedding. She knew exactly what she was doing and what worked with my face. I would totally recommend her to my friends who are having their hair and makeup done.

You will always feel like your needs are their top priority! I have trusted them with every aspect of my beauty needs over the years - cutting and coloring my hair, styling, makeup - and I have always loved the result. I highly recommend them!
