truly exceptional! I feel incredibly fortunate to have had Amanda as our day-of coordinator. From our very first planning meeting to the final moments of our wedding day, Amanda was organized, supportive, and endlessly helpful. She came prepared with checklists, timelines, and answers to dozens of questions I hadn’t even thought to ask. Her expertise and attention to detail made all the difference. As someone who is Type A and prone to anxiety, I can honestly say Amanda was exactly the person I needed to bring my vision to life. With her in my corner, I was able to fully relax and enjoy every moment of our big day. I didn’t worry about a single thing—she had it all handled seamlessly. Amanda isn’t just a coordinator; she becomes your biggest supporter and advocate. She truly loves what she does, and it shows in every interaction. She felt more like a trusted friend than a vendor, and I can’t imagine going through this process without her. To top it all off, many of our guests and members of the wedding party went out of their way to tell us how impressed they were by her professionalism and calm presence. We are beyond grateful for everything she did to make our day unforgettable.

art of our first meeting, Amanda put us at ease. She clarified our vision, organized what we had already done and created a schedule to keep us on track. After each meeting, she gave us achievable tasks with timelines, and whenever we got stuck, she was right there with help. For example, when we couldn’t find a DJ, she immediately shared several trusted and reliable options that fit our budget. She also handled every detail with our caterer so there would be no surprises. Every time we met with Amanda we always came in feeling overwhelmed but left feeling empowered and a huge sense of relief that “we could do this”. Her calm and caring nature and very detailed planning made all the difference. She took detailed notes at every meeting, sent them to us afterward, checked in regularly, was always supportive and never judgmental if we fell behind on our homework. Amanda cared deeply about our Lego Themed Garden wedding vision as much as we did and helped craft it into reality. She mocked up posters, seating charts, helped design our mini-figure guest book and designed entire tables decorations all within our budget. A month prior to our wedding she contacted all of our vendors and wedding party to make sure that she was the point of contact, sparing us from last minute stress. On the wedding day Amanda was an absolute lifesaver. She took charge and kept everyone organized, calm and on schedule. When we had chaos with our chuppah staying up during the ceremony she remained calm and collected the entire time. She game planned a solution on the fly that worked and that none of the guests were wiser what had happened. She was there for us the entire way. Even down the aisle when made sure my wife’s train didn’t trip her. At the ceremony she made sure to get us a plate of food and our signature drinks ahead of time for us to enjoy. She handled tricky family dynamics with care and kindness. Afterwards she stayed late for cleanup and made sure we had everything before we left. By the end of the night we felt a little sad that we wouldn’t get to work with Amanda again. She made our lives easier, always had our back and was like part of the family. We referred to her as “Amanda: Worth Her Weight In Gold” or “Life Saver Amanda”, both deserving titles. If it meant getting to work with her again, we’d happily get married all over again.
