Andrea was absolutely incredible to work with! She took the time to listen to want we wanted most out of our dream honeymoon and brought it to life. She was so patient while we decided on what we wanted and also so knowledgeable about different resorts and locations, giving us all the information we needed to be able to decide on the best spot for us. Once we booked our vacation, she planned everything, making sure we had the perfect itinerary and allowing us to feel stress free when it came to planning, packing and traveling! Unexpectedly, we missed our first flight on our way to our destination, which caused me some anxiety, but Andrea didn't miss and beat! She made sure we were on the next flight and then made sure to coordinate our arrival, transfer and check in times with the other vendors. She took care of everything and reassured me the whole time! Her communication, whether it was email, text or phone calls was seamless and she was always there to answer our questions. Andrea took such good care of us and we can't thank her enough! Our honeymoon ended up being one of the best weeks of our lives and we made memories we will cherish for a lifetime. The resort and location was even more than what we imagined and Andrea was the reason we were able to make this trip happen! We had the most lovely time on our honeymoon to St Lucia. Andrea made it so easy to let her take the reins of planning our honeymoon while we were busy planning our wedding. She had such great suggestions we would have never thought of on our own. Her knowledge of the island and the local tours/places made our trip so memorable. For example, she suggested we do a speedboat tour with a local company and boy, are we glad we had her book it for us! It ended up being one of our favorite experiences of the whole trip. She’s always so quick to respond to our messages, and was even quicker while we were on vacation, which was soo helpful. I like how she tailors the trip to the couple’s wants/needs. My husband and I are more on the adventurous side and she took that into account when planning/making suggestions for our trip. Highly recommend!

Andrea has helped us plan an amazing getaway to Xcaret Arte in Mexico. We worked with Andrea Cassidy from Embrace the Journey Travel for our destination wedding at Hard Rock Riviera Maya in May 2022. Andrea was amazing to work with for the entire process, from helping us pick the country, then area, then resort all the way through helping each of our 33 guests pick their package, shuttle service, and flights. She had detailed documents for us prior to leaving and included a video so we had no problems once we were there. Any time we had questions, she was extremely to respond and help. I can’t wait to work with her again for our next trip!

Having Andrea as our travel agent was the best decision we made (besides getting married of course). She was there every step of the way, answered my many questions quickly, and made sure all my guests were taken care of. We had Andrea plan a surprise anniversary trip for us. We told her the places we’d be open to going and the things we like to do. She took that and planned an amazing 20th Anniversary trip to Hawaii for us! We found out one week before our trip where we would be headed!! We loved EVERY second we were there and every excursion she planned. I loved not having to worry about taxi transfers and excursion pickups because she had everything taken care of printed out for us. We had one excursion that while we were there had an issue, I called and Andrea took care of it all and we were good to go! We 100% will have her book for us again!

Andrea planned the destination wedding of our dreams! When we got engaged I knew that I wanted to get married on the beach on a tropical island, but I had no idea where to start. A friend recommended Andrea to us and deciding to work with her was our best decision ever. She met with us for a consultation and helped us narrow down our destination (Jamaica!) and assisted with finding the perfect resort. Andrea was there to guide us through the process and helped us think of things that we never would have thought of. She handled all of the travel arrangements for our 36 guests that were traveling from all around the country, which we never could have managed on our own. From recommending special excursions to helping us plan the perfect romantic experiences for the honeymoon, Andrea thought of everything. She even helped us get complimentary perks to use toward our wedding and a room upgrade! Plus she was really fun to work with and her excitement throughout the planning process was contagious. Our wedding in Jamaica was even more perfect that we could've ever imagined because of Andrea!

Working with Andrea to plan our honeymoon was the best experience! She was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning and trip process. As two inexperienced travelers, we had lots of questions when it came to picking a resort, how to get through customs, what we needed to pack, and much more, and Andrea knew all the answers! She had even been to the resort we stayed at (Secrets Akumal) several times and told us all about it before we even got there.
