I think of myself as so much more than one of your vendors…I’m the friend who helps you craft a seamless timeine, brings you water, fixes your hair, zips up your dress (No joke — one of my favorite elopements entailed me helping the bride into her wedding dress in an outhouse at 17 degrees). In short, I’m here to help in any way that I can.
When I’m not snapping pics, you can find me swinging fly lines, hiking mountains, and road tripping with my better half, Joe.

ened to all the requests and concerns I had before the wedding, and the photos ended up spectacular. My camera-shy husband even said he had a fun time during the photo shoot, which is honestly a miracle! I love that the photos look natural, not overly edited, and that we tried lots of different things to get just the right ones. We are both very awkward in front of the camera, but she gave us so much helpful direction. There were many times where she told us to do something and I thought, "this seems weird, I bet we will look silly," and then after seeing the photos I was happily 100% wrong. I cannot recommend her enough, and if there is ever a reason I need a photographer again, I know exactly who I'm asking first.

remely professional and kind. My husband is so anxious when it comes to being in front of the camera, but after a few minutes of warming up you could tell that he greatly relaxed and really enjoyed our time getting photographed. We did a photo shoot over the winter with another photographer and he was never able to relax with them.
We had such an amazing time with our engagement shoot and Emmie even stayed late (I’m saying Cooper Landing until 11:30pm, not home until after 2am) to make sure we got the best shots. She has such a passion and gift for what she does. And cares more about the people she’s working with than time lines.
I knew she would make our wedding photos a dream experience as well. And boy has she delivered! I cannot wait to get the rest of our photos and video back!

They lived hours from our ceremony site and made no mention and their need to travel in order to accommodate us; they truly just wanted us to be happy and stress-free. It was obvious that leading up to the wedding and on the big day, the only thing that mattered to them was our happiness and satisfaction. They are two of the most caring people and to have the capture our big day was beyond amazing. We got about 20 previews the day of and we’re given an estimate of four weeks for the rest of the photos/video; it only took three.
