ould have asked for in a bridal salon. At one point, the staff member helping me was running around the store trying to get my phone to connect to Wi-Fi because I lost connection with one of my bridal party members. I was originally drawn to Emerald because of their size inclusivity and transparency with pricing. After trying on six dresses, I knew I found the perfect one for me. The dress was stunning with a jaw dropping train. When my dress arrived, I received a call from Emerald that explained that my dress came damaged. There was not enough time to have a new one made, so the staff member let me know that they would do everything they could to make it right. She did an excellent job explaining what to expect and even sent a picture so I knew what the damage was prior to my arrival. The damage? The "damage" was a small hole in the mesh/lace train the size of a pencil eraser. Honestly, I was shocked they even saw it. The level of detail they put into looking at the dress to find it was impressive. When I went to pick up the dress, I met with one of the owners. She walked me through what a repair would look like and I used their recommended seamstress, so I didn't have to worry about cost. Things happen in shipping/production and I could not have asked for better customer service. I will absolutely be recommending Emerald to anyone that asks. Grateful to be an Emerald Bride!

ess stores can be. I was super nervous about dress shopping so I went in for a one on one consultation where we discussed my likes and dislikes of dress shopping and dresses. Once I felt comfortable with the styles of dresses I liked, I happily booked a full customized bridal appointment with them and brought my bridesmaids and mom. We all had an amazing time and my group still talk about how comfortable they felt during the appointment and how friendly and knowledgeable the staff were! It was an amazing time both appointments!

DFW area. I contacted them though Instagram before even setting up an appointment and they kept me informed on the dress that I was hoping to try. They carry very modern and beautiful hats as well!
