Talk about dream photos and videos! We booked Emerald Cinema as our photographer and video people because they did my sister's wedding and they did an amazing job for her. We had our engagement session and the photos are stunning! Overall everything was very smooth and these beautiful memories will last us a lifetime. Would definitely recommend!

Jonathan and his wife were amazing on our day, they worked very well with my photographer and kept us on a good timeline. I can’t wait to see our videos because I know there will be some dreamy and movie quality shots in there!

When searching for photographers/videographers, I knew that there was a certain look i was searching for. As soon as i came upon Emerald Cinema i instantly knew they were exactly what i had in mine. I prayed they would be available on my wedding date, and sure enough, they were! They made us feel extremely comfortable in front of the camera. We were absolutely BLOWN away by our pictures. We got SO many compliments on the photos. Super professional and were always very easy to contact. We got our photos back in a very quick manner and I would hands down recommend them!

We had our wedding back in July and our experience with Jonathan and his team at Emerald Cinema was a 10/10. We were extremely happy with how the day of the wedding turned out and how much they were able to work with us and our schedule (they were with us for about 12 hrs!) If you are questioning which package to get, we would recommend the "cinema + photo" package. Having both photographers and videographers through them gave us the best possible results since they coordinated very well with who's turn was it to take photos and where. This was a huge stress off our shoulders during the day of. Our wedding was very large, so it could have gotten out of hand quickly but Jonathan was always calm and adaptable to all scenarios, he would also use his experience to help us navigate unexpected scenarios and give ideas on different photo poses. Although we received them months ago, my husband and I just looked through all the raw videos taken of that day and if there's one thing we regret, it's not having them stay longer to capture even more memories. We absolutely loved the photos and videos, and recommend Emerald Cinema to anyone who is considering them for their wedding!

Jonathan and his staff and editors came highly recommended to us. Two months before our wedding, the pandemic forced us to cancel plans for our big wedding and move forward with a three person ceremony. Everyone who has seen it insists it brought tears to their eyes! If you're not sure whether you want a video, don't hesitate another moment - the answer is yes, you'll treasure this gift to yourself for your wedding always!

By far our favorite vendor of our entire wedding. Jonathan and his team were unbelievable. If you’re not used to being filmed (which I assume most of us aren’t), it takes an incredible group of people to make us not look awkward on camera and feel comfortable. To be able to coordinate 2 separate film crews, one with me and one with my husband, then come together, plus coordinating with a million family members, traveling from my parents house, to the church, to downtown. When we got our trailer back, we sat on our couch watching it over and over crying tears of joy. If you want to be able to relive the best day of your life over and over, you need to book Emerald Cinema.

We had a very non-traditional wedding with a Persian ceremony thrown in the mix and Jonathan captured every aspect of the night beautifully. My wife could barely sleep after we received the whole video because she wanted to keep watching it again and again. It’s like reliving the night from everyone’s perspective. Originally, I thought photos of the evening would be enough, but I let a friend who had also used Emerald Cinema talk me into it, and I’m so thankful I did. I’ve honestly never seen wedding videos as interesting and well done as theirs. The editing! It’s all just incredibly wonderful, and we can’t thank them enough. They were also very easy to work with. We had to move our wedding date back a year due to COVID, and they were very accommodating without charging any extra fees. If The Knot allowed 10 ⭐️, Emerald Cinema would definitely deserve them all.

Emerald Cinema was fantastic for my wedding in January 2022. Approachability: Jonathan and his team was very approachable and organized. He displayed professionalism in all levels of communication, and made sure that you, as a stressed-out couple planning for the big day, would not be stressed out when it came to videography. I asked a lot of technical questions regarding his equipment, shooting style, and how his workflow on the day of. He was very passionate and transparent with his work, and I really appreciated that a lot from him. Communication: Jonathan has multiple ways to contact him. He was very prompt in all my questions and concerns. As the day nears (probably 1-2 months), there will be back-and-forth and expectations on what you should have prepared, so he can have a general understanding of your itinerary. Most of his bookkeeping is done digitally: such as digital contracts, e-mail reminders, forms, and payment portals. He organized a neat way to ensure you have things prepared for him and your big day. Videography: Jonathan is very talented and he'll make sure to capture your day in the best way possible. Depending on the packages you choose, you can have different shots such as: drone shots, Steadicam shots, up to 4 different angles, and good taste on choosing the type of B-roll shots for your edits. Given his long-time experience, he knows which shots to take for your edits. His editing process is very robust, and he will produce you quality edits. I think his color-grading will be dependent on the lighting of the area, but it's still satisfactory. I had some minor things I wanted fixed, and he made sure to address those issues. To be more clear, I'm quite a picky person when it comes to video since I edit videos myself. He did a great job and it was just as expected! Working with Photographers: One of the key things I asked Jonathan is his adaptability with other photographers. Given his profession, he's worked with countless photographers, and he himself would lead the photography if you choose his combo packages, so he knows the deal. He got along with my photographers really well, and they all had a great time. He communicated with them to ensure he doesn't get in certain photo shots (like during ceremony, reception, grand exit, etc.). Worth it?: Yes. I think he provided excellent services, with little stress. That's what made it ultimately worth it. I really enjoyed working with Jonathan and his team, and I'm so appreciative I can relive the experience of my wedding day forever on film, beautifully. My advice if you choose Emerald Cinema: Make sure you let Jonathan know what is most important to you. A videographer-specific itinerary would help lay out key things. If you have things you want fixed from his edits, lay it out specifically and when specifically, so that way he can get it to you as soon as possible.

We couldn’t possibly recommend Emerald Cinemas enough. Family and friends still bring up the “breathtaking” shots from our engagement session last year and that’s truly the only word that matches his level of their work. Out of the dozen+ vendors we worked with, they were by far the easiest to communicate with throughout the entire process, and during the ceremony and reception - our photographer and videographers somehow ninja-stepped into the shadows while being in the middle of the action at the same time. A thousand thumbs up!

We haven’t yet seen the final product as our wedding was just this weekend! But WOW! They showed us some video and photo previews on their camera and the images they captured were amazing!!!😍😍True artists all of them and great to work with. We had Emerald Cinema for photo and video and they truly do a detailed job!

Emily our photographer is also someone who makes you feel at ease, which was essential for the first time we’ve ever had professional photos taken. The pictures are the memories and it was extremely important to us that we found someone we could trust with this truly monumental day, to capture each precious moment. Emerald Cinema was recommended to me by a friend. I immediately was drawn to Jonathan’s incredible photography style. He is immensely talented and very experienced. Our engagement and wedding photos came out so beautifully! Jonathan gave us TONS of amazing shots to choose from. He is so patient and calm and knows how to give great directions so the shot looks natural and perfect. He clearly works hard on his craft, and it shows. We are so thankful to have had Jonathan as our photographer and his team as our videographers, and can't wait to share our pictures with our friends and family!

I fell in love with Jonathan’s work the second I saw it. I knew I HAD to have him as my wedding photographer. My husband and I created a very tight schedule for Jonathan since we didn’t want to do a first look but also wanted to make it to cocktail hour (I know….crazy…), but it didn’t phase Jonathan. ALSO, it rained ALL day and Jonathan came prepared with umbrellas and everything else to ensure, even if the rain didn’t stop, that we would get awesome pictures. I can’t stop looking at my pictures and would highly recommend Jonathan. Thank you, Jonathan!!!

BEST PHOTOGRAPHER EVER! Run, don’t walk to book Emerald Cinema for your wedding! They are true artists. Made us feel comfortable and I can honestly say we now consider him a friend. His work speaks for itself! Absolutely stunning photography that captures true emotions and small special moments as well. He is incredible! I would recommend Jonathan and his team to anyone who wants professional photographs with an artistic touch. Jonathan did a 10 year anniversary photoshoot for us, and I am thrilled with the outcome! Jonathan was patient and kind, making both my husband and I instantly comfortable in front of the camera. Watching Jonathan set up scenes, and find the perfect lighting for each shot, was like watching live-action art direction before my very eyes! I would 1000000% use Jonathan and his video team again to photograph any special occasion in the future! 10/10 would recommend! Oh and the videos they created for us had us in tears.
