Everything about chad was wonderful the Photo booth was a hit and so much fun.
My husband and I are so happy that we chose Emerald City Photo Booth for our wedding! I reached out to a few companies about their photobooth options and there was something about ...
our interaction with Chad that really sealed the deal for us because he made things more personable rather than just giving us price information. You can tell that he really cares and wants nothing more than for you to be happy with your choices and your experience in the planning process. He really went above and beyond for us and we truly appreciated how much he valued our opinions and did his best to accommodate and personalize everything us. He gave us EVERYTHING we wanted and more! He was easy to get a hold of, very informative in his responses, he went out of his way to send me pictures of the different photo booths that he has, he hunted down the different backdrops he had for the hybrid booth (the one we chose) that he hasn't used before just so he could send me a picture of it to make an informed decision on what we wanted. He also went out of his way to make a custom logo for our photo strips that matched the monogram that we were using as our signature for our wedding. We went back and forth through email for MONTHS, but he was always so kind and helpful. He really made my husband and I feel special! Everything went so smoothly and perfect the day of! I CANNOT stress this enough, if you want a photobooth at your wedding, look no further! Chad and his company are the best and so wonderful! They will take good care of you!

We are so happy that we chose to work with Chad for our wedding! He was always so easy to communicate with, never leaving me waiting for more than a day. The price was fantastic fo...
r what was offered (an open photo booth with props, an attendant, two prints per shoot, texting options, a USB drive, and a link to provide to our guests with the photos). Chad himself was there to assist my guests, and he helped countdown for my less-than-sober lovelies. :) After the wedding, he continues to be amazing by sending e-mails thanking us for working with him and answering questions. I would absolutely recommend Emerald City Photo Booth.
Emerald City Photobooth was amazing to work with! Chad was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, and kept us in the loop with everything. There was no question...
he left unanswered :) On the day of, he arrived early, set everything up, and made sure everyone had a great time! Our guests had so much fun with the props. Photos looked great, no technical issues or anything; Chad was also very quick to provide us with our digital photos, etc. Would def recommend!
Chad is fantastic! He was quick, responsive, and very reliable. It was wonderful to know we could depend on Emerald City whole-heartedly and not stress in the slightest.
We got th...
e traditional booth, and we are blown away with the pictures that came out: more personal and intimate than a roaming photographer (even the most shy of our guests could get a little wacky when left in a booth by themselves) and the notes accompanying them in the guestbook were truly touching. I can't recommend this enough.
I love Emerald City Photo Booth! Chad, his photo booths and our family have celebrated 3 weddings and 4 Halloween parties together. We have "gifted" Emerald City PB to several of o...
ur family and friends for their weddings as well as having him at a work New Year's Party. Our family and friends always love it! The pictures are ready in 8 seconds and you have a choice of color or black and white and you can also text them to yourself - either a photo or a Gif! Chad and his team are punctual, considerate , helpful and fun to have at all the events. His booths are well kept, clean and always in working condition. He has several choices of booths - standard "sit in" booth, party booth or a "vintage" type booth. We used the "vintage" booth for my daughters wedding last week and it was fabulous! He brings lots of fun props and he will also put together a guest photo book for you! Always one of the best keepsakes of the wedding! Thanks Chad!
Chad and the team we’re amazing to work with! My new husband and I love photo booths and we are always first in line at friends and families weddings.
They answered all my quest...
ions quickly and never made me wait for an answer. The props they used were some of the best we had ever seen too. The pictures printed so quickly and the best part was that we got copies of all the photos. We would hire Emerald City Photo Booth again in a second!
Chad was excellent! He was responsive, flexible, the photo booth was awesome and one of the high lights of everyone's night.
Photo booth was the hit of the night and was physical proof that everyone had a blast! Loved getting all the pictures to relieve our special night:)
Chad was so amazing! He was quick to set up, super friendly to all of the guests (but also blended in seamlessly), helped the kids (as young as 2!) use the photo booth, was so flex...
ible with the kids running around with his props (the cutest glasses frames) and so much more. I had contemplated not getting a photo booth, but for my Asian family who doesn’t dance this gave them a reason to get out of their seats. It was worth every penny. I now have pictures of my super serious father with cupcake glasses posing with my grandma. Priceless. Also, he stayed even during cleanup and invited my groom and I to take pictures because we hadn’t had time during the reception. Really a thoughtful guy who seemed to care about the memories and the smiles. I would book him again in a heartbeat.
Emerald City Photo Booth was absolutely amazing at our wedding on 8-18-18. I had contacted the owner Chad a couple months ago and he was already booked on our wedding day but he ma...
de it work for us and he stopped by our venue (on his way out to the other place he was booked for that day) and got our photo booth set up and then his wife came and worked the photo booth for us! She too was absolutely wonderful and at the end of the night when I asked if they could stay an hour longer she happily made it work and I couldn’t have been more thankful!! Along with that, when it came time for me to select the back drop for our “open air” photo booth they didn’t have quite what I wanted so I sent Chad a link to the backdrop I wanted and I was about to purchase it and I was just asking him what size I should buy (8x8 versus 10x10) and he went ahead and purchased it for us saying that it was no problem and he’ll be able to use it for his business in the long run. Oh and also at the end of the night after, our send off, chads wife (who was running our photo booth I feel horrible because I didn’t catch her name) found my sister-my maid of honor- and made sure to hand her all the copies of the photo strips from that night along with the flash drive that contained all of the digital copies of every single photo that was taken!! They just went above and beyond and I would recommend this photo booth to absolutely everyone!!!!
Flexible and responsive, Emerald City Photobooth was great to work with and much loved at our wedding

their event. The photobooth was easy to use, and set-up, and produced high quality professional photos. Our wedding guests loved the costumes and themes that were provided, and the on-site attendant was extremely polite and helpful throughout the night. She helped our guests pick out costumes and assisted them with taking photos; everyone had a positive experience. Emerald City’s communication was stellar from the beginning, which if you have ever planned a wedding, you know is a life-saver. They were completely flexible and willing to work with last minute changes to our schedule and budget. All of these reasons listed, gave us an very positive impression of ECP and we will continue to recommend them to our friends and family.

sh us to make decisions at all (very appreciated). On the day of the event, Chad came and set up the booth early to get out of the way while the caterers and other people set up. Once the crowd rolled in, the booth manager Artise was incredibly engaging and really encouraged everyone to use the booth.
Overall, Emerald City was a total success and I would recommend them to anyone!!!

The props he had were super fun and he even printed out multiple copies of photo strips for large groups that took pictures. If you're on the fence about whether or not to hire a photobooth, do it and use Emerald City Photobooth.
It was seriously a blast and going through all the pictures guests left for us (including the thumb drive he included at no additional charge of full strips and all of the individual shots) after the wedding. I would hire him again and again, everything was perfect!

I was connected to Emerald City Photo booth through a friend who knows the owner, Chad. He gave me all the necessary information I needed and answered any questions I had about the...
booth. He also designed a great logo for us to use on the photo strips, which was very helpful. He arrived on time to set up the booth and, while there were a few technical difficulties with turning it on, we were able to reach him quickly and he came back right away to ensure it was working properly. It was up and ready by the time the reception was in full swing. I received MANY comments about how fun and easy to use the booth was and that there was a great variety of props to use. Chad also provided me a link to my photos within just a few days, which was WONDERFUL! I would definitely recommend Emerald City Photobooth for any event!
