You can tell that he really cares and wants nothing more than for you to be happy with your choices and your experience in the planning process. He really went above and beyond for us and we truly appreciated how much he valued our opinions and did his best to accommodate and personalize everything us. He gave us EVERYTHING we wanted and more! He was easy to get a hold of, very informative in his responses, he went out of his way to send me pictures of the different photo booths that he has, he hunted down the different backdrops he had for the hybrid booth (the one we chose) that he hasn't used before just so he could send me a picture of it to make an informed decision on what we wanted. He also went out of his way to make a custom logo for our photo strips that matched the monogram that we were using as our signature for our wedding. We went back and forth through email for MONTHS, but he was always so kind and helpful. He really made my husband and I feel special! Everything went so smoothly and perfect the day of! I CANNOT stress this enough, if you want a photobooth at your wedding, look no further! Chad and his company are the best and so wonderful! They will take good care of you!

The pictures are ready in 8 seconds and you have a choice of color or black and white and you can also text them to yourself - either a photo or a Gif! Chad and his team are punctual, considerate , helpful and fun to have at all the events. His booths are well kept, clean and always in working condition. He has several choices of booths - standard "sit in" booth, party booth or a "vintage" type booth. We used the "vintage" booth for my daughters wedding last week and it was fabulous! He brings lots of fun props and he will also put together a guest photo book for you! Always one of the best keepsakes of the wedding! Thanks Chad!

de it work for us and he stopped by our venue (on his way out to the other place he was booked for that day) and got our photo booth set up and then his wife came and worked the photo booth for us! She too was absolutely wonderful and at the end of the night when I asked if they could stay an hour longer she happily made it work and I couldn’t have been more thankful!! Along with that, when it came time for me to select the back drop for our “open air” photo booth they didn’t have quite what I wanted so I sent Chad a link to the backdrop I wanted and I was about to purchase it and I was just asking him what size I should buy (8x8 versus 10x10) and he went ahead and purchased it for us saying that it was no problem and he’ll be able to use it for his business in the long run. Oh and also at the end of the night after, our send off, chads wife (who was running our photo booth I feel horrible because I didn’t catch her name) found my sister-my maid of honor- and made sure to hand her all the copies of the photo strips from that night along with the flash drive that contained all of the digital copies of every single photo that was taken!! They just went above and beyond and I would recommend this photo booth to absolutely everyone!!!!

Our wedding guests loved the costumes and themes that were provided, and the on-site attendant was extremely polite and helpful throughout the night. She helped our guests pick out costumes and assisted them with taking photos; everyone had a positive experience. Emerald City’s communication was stellar from the beginning, which if you have ever planned a wedding, you know is a life-saver. They were completely flexible and willing to work with last minute changes to our schedule and budget. All of these reasons listed, gave us an very positive impression of ECP and we will continue to recommend them to our friends and family.
