Emerald Lady Jewelry

e run into them in town and they always know our names. They're always willing to clean and take care of my rings! I had an incident (not their fault) and they sent the ring back to Verragio and get it fixed instantly! I highly recommend them!

Verragio. I called to find out if they had the styles I liked. They had one, but not the other. They actually arranged to have Verragio send the other style for me to look at! My boyfriend and I looked together. They actually told us not to feel pressured because they would not try to sell us a ring that day. That made us both feel so comfortable. Then my boyfriend sneaked back without me and ordered my beautiful ring! Emerald Lady was so helpful through the whole process. My ring is perfect! Thank you Verragio and Emerald Lady!

ld Lady Jewelers through an internet search for Veragio dealers. My mother was giving me her solitaire diamond, and Priscilla was kind enough to take care of EVERYTHING! All my mother had to do was bring in her diamond to Emerald Lady Jewelry. Priscilla sent it for appraisal (for insurance reasons), and then sent it to Veragio with a rush order so we would have it in time for the wedding. She even coordinated with my husband to have the completed set sent to our neighbors so I wouldn't know when we received the rings! Even though I knew it was coming, he still wanted to surprise me. :) Her excellent service did not stop there! A few short months later, one of the side diamonds fell out of my ring. I was very upset and we contacted Priscilla to see what we should do. She offered to send it in to Veragio for us, to be repaired. All we had to do was pay for insurance to ship it to her! She was able to replace my diamond at no further cost! In addition, my sister and mother bought jewelry from Priscilla because of her amazing selection and personal touch. My husband and I plan to make future purchases through her as well! In fact, I recently found another brand I like that she does not carry. Priscilla promptly contacted the company and will be able to get the ring I want.
