The bus we had reserved broke down so he called with free upgrade which was nice. The driver went to the wrong location and we were waiting 20+ minutes before called. Driver was great though and the bus we were upgraded to was amazing! Just wished they had confirmed pick up details prior to date.

We used 2 shuttles and the party bus for our 4/22/17 wedding and they were all perfect! The vehicles were on time and clean. The drivers were very professional. I also think they are one of the most affordable in Omaha. The party bus is one of the best I have seen! Updated inside with a bathroom and tubs for drinks too! They even had a little red carpet for the entrance to the party bus which was a cute touch. The only negative is that their communication is not stellar. They charged the wrong credit card and also we could not get a hold of them the week of our weeding (they had some big corporate event). So, we stopped by just to confirm everything was set to go. Overall great through!

We used the Trolley to provide transportation for our wedding party after the ceremony and since we were married on New Years Eve we wanted to provide transportation for our family and friends so they could enjoy the evening without worrying about how to get home. Our driver was wonderful and very friendly. I have referred Emerald to other friends for upcoming party bus needs!

Did they show up on time and drive us around? Yep! However, our driver was horrible. It was like it was his first time driving and he liked to make really hard stops. He just kept driving in a circle. Communication with them was very poor and hard to come by. This was the one vendor I was nervous about. It all worked out but looking back we probably would have went with another option.

Emerald Limousine was great for our wedding reception! They arrived to our pick up location 15 minutes early, and were ready to go for the evening! We even had them come back following our reception in order to transport people to our hotel for a discounted rate since it was only for an hour. We loved working with them, and the driver was great! Both the party bus and trolly (we had to use the trolly later in the evening since for size) were spacious and clean - thank you!

DO NOT call this vendor. They deserve zero stars. First they double booked our reservation, then the morning of the wedding, they called my father to tell him the limo bus "broke down" although we are pretty sure they just never rectified the issue with the double booking. Needless to say this vendor cannot be trusted, spend your money elsewhere!

We used Emerald Limousine for our after ceremony party bus. The bus we used could hold 26 passengers. It was an absolute blast! The driver was very flexible and had a great attitude when we requested places to stop at. The bus was extremely clean and had great sound for music. If you're looking for an elegant and decently priced place to find transportation for a small group of people, this is the place to go!

Had a blast traveling around with my bridal party after the ceremony. We made several stops around downtown omaha and our driver was very accommodating. Only downfall was no a/c. Felt great with windows down, but bad on the hair dos!

We rented the red bull party bus for my wedding. All of the pictures looked fun and we were very excited for it. Of course it was a high of 7 degrees on our wedding so it was very cold day and the bus was even colder!! You could see your breath on the bus it was so cold.. it was not very fun cause we were all so cold we basically bunched up for warmth. It probably would have been a lot of fun if there was heat but the bus driver said the heat was not working. I was extremely disappointed because it was not cheap and our ride was 40 minutes in that freezing cold :(

They were on time and very professional. Driver did exactly as we wanted. Temperature was difficult to control in the limo.

We had the Limo Bus. It was the perfect size for us and was very clean. The driver knew where he was going and got us where we needed to be on time. The only problems we had was they told us that there were coolers on the bus so we didnt have to bring our own coolers but there wasn't. we had planned on dumping ours into the coolers on the bus so we didnt have to take coolers with us. There was also suppose to be a cord for an ipod or other device. we had a playlist we wanted to play. when we asked for the cord, we were told that it was lost and they dont usually replace them because people take them all time. So only 2 minor drawbacks but it didnt ruin our time. Worked for what we needed!

We rented the trolley for our wedding party of 12 plus dates. There was plenty of room for everyone to sit and enjoy themselves, and we were able to hook up an iPod and play our own music. Our driver was willing to stop at 2 locations for pictures and still got us to the hall on time. Would highly recommend their services!

We got the Limo Trolley from Emerald Limousine. Our driver was fantastic. They were on time, and very professional.

Extremely reasonably priced compared to every other limo rental we asked.

Really nice to talk to on the phone. Limo wasn't anything too impressive but it was priced lower than other companies I looked at.

My fiance wanted another local trolley for our wedding but I wanted something a bit nicer. Somehow I found Emerald Limosine's trolly limo and it was perfect! Both the inside and the outside were in great condition and it fit our entire wedding party with room to spare. The driver was great and put up with our loud music and celebrating and was on time to pick us up and drop us off. I highly recommend them!

They were on time and very professional. The limo had obviously seen many passengers, as it was alittle "worn," shall we say. But otherwise great!

Emerald Limousine was amazing to work with! They were easy to contact and answered all my questions. Plus, they have GREAT deals! We got their trolley, Lucille for our wedding. The trolley was BEAUTIFUL inside and out. It was so much fun and the driver was EXCELLENT, well-dressed and very nice. We had the time of our lives!!
