Sommer is an absolute lifesaver - we truly think she was born to do this, and can't overstate how much we loved working with her! Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful and we en...
joyed every single second thanks to her. Everything we could think of, big and small, she made it happen - and kept us hydrated, relaxed, and well fed doing it! From weather issues to vendor conflicts to hangover prevention, she is the master of it all.
Her partner, Mia, is wonderful as well - we had only had the pleasure of working with her for a couple hours, but she was extremely friendly, professional, and led us seamlessly. Kelly, her hospitality manager, kept all of our guests well organized, fed, watered, and entertained. Sommer and her team will treat you as family. This is our first time working with an event group, and we will never try anyone else!!

ot to be. I reached out to Sommer, of Emerald Mae Events, for some help with a day of coordinator. She connected me with Shekinah (Shak) who was phenomenal. She provided just the right amount of help and oversight I needed for that day--not to mention walking me off the ledge a few times, too! I highly recommend, and am most grateful for, the help I received from Sommer and Shak at Emerald Mae Events!
I was originally on the fence about hiring a month-of coordinator. It ended up being the best money we spent. Thanks to Sommer I was able to focus on just being the bride and hav...
ing a wonderful day. Sommer is simply amazing. Sommer professionally and calmly made our wedding vision a reality. She was available for questions and to help me stay calm despite the stress from the wedding and personality issues with a key member of the wedding party. Sommer had a solution or a plan for handling every issue that occurred (or could have occurred). Her team did an amazing job.

theme we wanted and went above and beyond to bring it to life. She was a great source for information and support while planning the wedding. We could not be happier with how our day turned out.
Very professional and would recommend Emerald Mae to coordinate any wedding. She has a team that will be in the right places to make your wedding a success…
We hired Emerald Mae Events for "Day of Coordination" only because we had done most all the planning ourselves. We needed someone to make sure everything came together on the day o...
f. Sommer did so much more than what we hired her for. We had several meetings along the way where Sommer kept us on track with our planning, offered suggestions, and pointed out things we hadn't considered as D.I.Y.ers! She also made sure we met with her team so we would know who would be with us on our day. So impressed by their professionalism throughout all the "challenges" wedding events tend to have no matter how well you think you've planned!! If I had to do it all over again I would use Emerald Mae Events from start to finish!!!
We had the pleasure of working with Emerald Mae Events for our July wedding and they exceeded our expectations. From the moment we became Sommer’s clients the experience has been e...
xceptional. Sommer immediately met with us and started to get to work. She is very organized and professional. This was our first experience and we have to say she never missed a beat when it came to our vision and what we expected. There were times she went out her way to make sure our vision was met. Sommer has great time management and we love that she is very thorough. Although we booked her for day of services it seem like she did way more than that! Throughout the planning process Sommer made sure to have several meetings to make sure everything was on track. She was always available if we had any questions. During the process Sommer made us feel so comfortable that we were confident that we had nothing to worry about the day of. Sommer prove us right. Her and her staff were on top of everything fulfilled any request we asked and decorated our venue so beautifully. The service Sommer provides is top tier and we definitely use her for future events and refer her to anyone we know that is in need of her type of services. Her work speaks for itself and will not disappoint.
I can’t say this enough but Sommer truly saved me a ton of stress and headache on my wedding day! There was quite a bit that could’ve have been left if she didn’t come in and be as...
proactive and professional as she did! Her attention to detail was amazing and she really kept us all on schedule without it feeling too pushy. She made an overwhelming day so so smooth, my husband and I can’t thank her enough for it!
I’d trust Sommer and our team with literally any event you can think of. Some coordinators will only run through their checklist for the day and be on their way, but Sommer was so ...
thorough before the event to make sure we had explored all our options and made the best decision for ourselves. On the day of our wedding, I can’t imagine what would’ve happened without her. She gave us peace of mind so we could enjoy our day, her attention to detail was perfect, and the way that she and her team captured exactly what we wanted…I can hardly put into words how thankful we are to have partnered with Sommer. Book her now.
