A Little Bit of History Repeating
Founded in 1660 by Joseph and Mary Smith, Emery Farmstay proudly holds the distinction of being America’s oldest family farm, now lovingly cared for by the eleventh generation, David and Catherine. Beautifully restored historic homes, surrounded by pastures, blueberry fields, and the gentle rhythm of farm life, combine to create an atmosphere that is both timeless and deeply personal, a truly one-of-a-kind backdrop for a bespoke wedding celebration.
A Choice of Three Magnificent Homes
Each of the three on-site residences possesses its own distinctive character and charm. The Main House, a 5,000-square-foot retreat adorned with original artwork from around the world, offers three inviting bedrooms for couples and their closest loved ones. The Brown House, a recently renovated farmhouse, blends modern luxury with rustic sophistication and comfortably sleeps six guests. The Carriage House, originally built in the 1800s, has been lovingly transformed into a two-bedroom haven brimming with vintage charm.
