Suzie did an amazing job and really listened to my vision for the flowers. I was so pleased with how everything worked out. The flowers were gorgeous and Suzie made it so easy and kept us within budget at the same time.

Over the past 17 years I have purchased and received flowers as gifts from Nagengast in Stuyvesant Plaza. The flowers are fresh, the arrangements are beautiful and the service is excellent.

The service was decent during the first visit however when I went into the shop to make a final payment the week of the wedding the florist seemed to be preoccupied and I did not receive the service I feel I should have. When you are spending this much money on flowers you want your florist to be happy and seem focused on you. Most importantly the flowers were wilted when they arrived to my room the day of the weekend. The bride's bouquet was not what we had discussed. I wanted uniform - it was not. The maid-of-honor's bouquet was suppose to be grander than the bridesmaids - it was not. Additionally, the florist told me that the flowers I choose were prone to wilt when I complained! I think they should have advised me of this as they are suppose to be the experts! They were not overly friendly - somewhat snooty. The boutonnieres were ugly - wispy greenery came out of all of them. Please save yourself money and heartache and do not use this florist for your wedding.

My only complaint is they used an ivory rose instead of a white rose.. otherwise the flowers lasted all night and even longer..
