The day I got engaged, I knew immediately who I wanted to ask to be my makeup artist. I have known Emily for years, and no doubt she would make me feel flawless/beautiful on one of my most memorable days. Friendship aside, Emily demonstrated professionalism and great communication throughout the whole process. Promptly responding to emails and texts with questions about the “look” I was going for, and assisting with me figuring out the day of timeline with my bridesmaids. Provided not one, but two makeup trials to help me make sure I felt as natural as possible and prepared for the big day look. Day of, Emily brought a calming energy to the room, interacting well with the bridesmaids and delivering services in the amount of time she stated she needed with each person. As of women of color I’d recommend Emily to anyone for not only your wedding day, but any time you want to feel your best.
