’t a super romantic couple, we did want our wedding photos to illustrate some emotion. In no way are we “comfortable” in front of a camera but you would never know it from looking at our wedding portraits. Both Emily and her second shooter Michelle made us feel comfortable and posed in natural ways. We were married in November and received our photos just four weeks later. They are absolutely beautiful, timeless, and we both look incredible. Emily also made it a point to send us a few photos just a couple days after the wedding which was really nice since you’re so excited to share them at that point. Highly recommend working with Emily if you have the chance!

And let me tell you, I tested her one too many times with my quick poses! We FaceTimed her as our first method of communication & right then I could tell she was a very organized, experienced wedding photographer. She sent over a rough draft of the photography timeline the next day giving us a sense of confidence in her passion for her work. I loved how she didn’t overly pose us or make things “too” perfect—it’s all about capturing the raw moments & emotions with a tiny bit of directing here and there. I am SO IN LOVE with how our photos turned out and I very highly recommend Emily again and again!!

But Emily's reviews and the many photos posted by Emily and her past customers speak for themselves. I was immediately drawn to her photography style and how she captured her subjects. I felt her photos were very natural and timeless. From start to finish she was wonderful. During the wedding planning stages, she worked with us and the budget we set, and was very open and accommodating. She really impressed us during our initial telephone conversation--she had already looked into our venue, thought about the scheduling, and even found out what time the sun would set on our wedding date--just little details that showed that she cared about her service. Emily stayed engaged throughout the entire process, reaching out via email periodically, checking in, responding in a timely manner... Even on our wedding day, she and her second shooter were very helpful in moving things along, all while capturing so many happy, loving memories, both candid and posed. Emily is truly gifted; needless to say, our photos came back and we will cherish them forever.
