Emily Bridge - Event Harpist

I had been in touch with Emily Bridge at the beginning of the year and I sent in the contract and deposit. As the wedding approached, I sent in the final deposit and followed up to confirm by email and phone. I never heard back from her... EVER. The week before the wedding I told my husband we needed to find a back up musican in the case she didn't show because she had not responded and had not cashed the check for the balance. My husband took it upon himself and called every day twice a day until she finally responded by email a few days before the wedding appolgizing that, thankfully, she was OK, but she had just had a bout in the hospital. She did appologize for the inconvenience and did show up for the wedding, but I nver met her, never talked to her, never chose my music or nothing. I heard the music walking down the isle and that's it. So far, she still hasn't cashed the final payment and i hope it stays that way. I believe that a business contract needs to be upheld and communication is vital. I wouldn't recommend this event harpist. Sorry.
