It starts with a box of love and a magazine-style, information-packed, guide to get you through all the planning. Your engagement session is pure FUN and I love telling your love story through my blog. That week before your big day is stressful, but I'm here to remind you why you're doing it in the first place. And then, capture it all as it's going down. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but I say a picture is worth a thousand feelings. her photos were vibrant, light, and crisp. Upon us initially meeting, it was an instant connection. Emily is upbeat, positive, and so detailed in the questions she asks. From the engagement photos to the actual wedding day, Emily made the process so easy. She would send updates throughout, reminders and updates as we moved along. I didn’t have a wedding planner so by just having Emily lead everything photography related and even answering questions I had about other vendors and timing of how the day should go, she was truly so helpful. I ended up finding a lot of my other vendors through her recommendations and it just made my day so seamless as they have worked with each other multiple times! My husband also is not the most photogenic and neither am I, so it was so nice to have Emily lead us and show us how to pose!! Don’t know what we would have done without her. She is so fun and real which put me at ease first during our engagement session and then during our entire wedding day. engagement session it was spitting sleet and rain. Of course, you couldn't tell in any of our photos. She obviously is talented at her career but her personality is a huge bonus. Emily is what I like to call a "hype woman"! Taking photos can be awkward and hard. Emily knows this and she pumps the couple up! She is extremely vivacious and the couple she is photographing really feeds off of her energy. That is key to having wonderful photos! Again, Emily is an amazing photographer.
