The pictures of my granddaughter's wedding were incredible--actually, better than incredible. The portrait poses of the bride were a painted portrait than a photograph. Emily has done a remarkable job!

I have gotten to be on the other side of Emily's camera for almost 9 years through family, newborn & boudoir photo shoots & hope to be able to benefit from her talent for years to come! She is always playfully professional & has an amazing eye for great scenery! Love her as a photographer & even more as a person!

We stopped our photographer search as soon as we met Emily. She was very professional and fun to work with from beginning to end. She spent the time to understand us as a couple and the end result was fantastic! Working with her was one of the best decisions we made during our planning process! Emily Dobson Photography was the perfect choice for our engagement photos. Both my fiancé and I don't normally enjoy having out pictures taken, but Emily made us feel so comfortable during our session. Emily did a great job on both our engagement and our wedding photos! We have a great selection of traditional and non-traditional photos to choose from. She captured some great moments of me and my groomsmen goofing off (I laughed for probably 20 minutes the first time I saw them) as well as some great shots of my wife (I have plenty of phone backgrounds now). Our wedding album is a perfect snapshot of my favorite day. 10/10 would use Emily Dobson Photography again.

We were planning a wedding from afar, and she took the time to make sure that every detail of the day was outlined and listened to what we wanted from our photos. We were an anti-first look couple, but we made the decision to do a first look, and it made the day flow so much more smoothly. We were able to get off campus to a beautiful location, take our bride groom photos, and our wedding party photos. Then, after the ceremony we were able to get to our reception in a timely manner. She did not force us into this decisions like some photographers do. She simply educated and allowed us to make the decision. When thinking about your wedding photos, Emily Dobson Photography should be your pick. She does amazing work, and you will be left with photos that capture every moment you want to remember.

Emily not only made gorgeous photos to remember our wedding by, she made the planning process easier and enjoyable. We were lost going into wedding planning and she was a true pro and made us so comfortable and confident in her ability. I trust her so much, she did my boudoir photos for my husbands wedding gift! I used Emily for a boudoir shoot in January! I plan on giving the pictures to my fiancé on our wedding day this September as a gift! I was pretty nervous before the shoot, because I had never done something like this before, and I'm normally super conservative, so it wasn't like me at all. Emily made me feel totally comfortable with everything! She was also so good with direction. She would show you exactly how she wanted you to pose, facial expressions, and would make sure your hair and small other cosmetics were taken care of! She is awesome!The boudoir shoot I did was part of the marathon she offers, so the price was super reasonable and way more affordable than other places I had considered. I had a one hour photo session which included different outfit changes, hair and makeup on set, and a book with the pictures from my session! Emily is also very prompt at writing back to you, so if you're a very organized person yourself, Emily is your girl! My pictures were absolutely gorgeous, and I'm absolutely happy with how everything turned out! I cannot wait to be able to give my fiancé these pictures and see his face! Don't doubt going with Emily for any kind of photo session! She is seriously the best!

Although I like pictures, I really don't enjoy having my photo taken. During our engagement session, I was so surprised at how instantly comfortable Emily made us feel - I actually had fun. This carried over into our wedding day and she truly helped everything run so smoothly. I like stress-free, and Emily made that happen! Not only is she such a talented photographer--she's a fun person. My wife and I are very thankful for the incredible way she captured our wedding, and she genuinely cared about us as a couple. I cannot say enough great things about Emily Dobson Photography! My wedding photos were incredibly important to me but I didn't know of any photographers in the area, so choosing my photographer very difficult. I knew from our first meeting that Emily would be our photographer, but I did not know what an awesome decision I had made. Emily's photography skills are second to none, but the overall experience that she offers is priceless! She is so talented, caring, creative, genuine, stress-free and the list goes on. Not only did she take amazing engagement and wedding photos that we will cherish forever, she brought a sense of peace to every aspect of our wedding day and invested in us as a couple. She also helped me with a killer first anniversary gift for my husband - a boudoir session (which I never thought I'd do). Once again, Emily made me feel calm and beautiful - and it was so much fun. Emily photographed our wedding back in 2012 and she was phenomenal. As a man, I have to say, getting my photo taken was the least of my worries for the day, Emily had a way of making it fun and go by fast. All the guys in the wedding don't like taking pictures but she made all of us have a blast and laugh. She is also very personable, she took the time to get to know my wife and I personally. Yes, I know I am a guy but every now and then I still get out our huge album and flip through the pages because she captured every great moment of that day and because of Emily, nobody will ever forget it.

My husband and I used Emily as our wedding photographer on May 31 of this year and she did such an amazing job! I was so excited to receive the email to tell us that our photos were ready and they turned out beautifully! She helped make our wedding day stress free and captured every moment perfectly.

I am so thankful for all of Emily's help getting our wedding photography planned. The week before our wedding we had some last minute changes to our wedding schedule and Emily made sure to keep in contact with me and work through it all even though she was on vacation for a holiday weekend. I felt very valued as a customer and also felt reassured thees last minute changes would work out! She was great to work with, never pushy but always providing suggestions. Working with Emily and her assistant Mary Kim was amazing! During the entire process Emily was always my go to person with questions. She always had original and fun ideas that would make our day even that more special. Emily also is great at making you loosen up during the process of taking the photos. Let me begin by saying that on a weekly basis I have friends and family continue to tell me how amazing my photographs turn out. I have ordered multiple albums and canvases of pictures captured on my wedding day (there were SOOO many incredible pictures to choose from). Emily talked with me for weeks leading up to my wedding. She met with me and my husband and mapped out the day- so for brides who thrive on organization, Emily is a 10! She really tried to get a sense of my style and what kind of pictures I wanted to taken on the day of- and she delivered! I've been in several weddings and my friends who used different photographers felt that they weren't able to capture all the moments they wanted- With Emily I got ALL of the family photos I wanted, tons of bridal party pictures at the ceremony and at the reception and a handful of beautiful, creative pictures of my just my husband and I. I had so many to choose from and I honestly loved everything that was captured (I'm talking hundreds of photographs). Emily directed everyone effortlessly without being overbearing. I never had to flag her down. My photographs were hands down the best investment I made in my wedding day- after all the pictures are really the only thing that last beyond the day for you to enjoy indefinitely. I NEVER get tired of looking through my photographs. I would absolutely recommend Emily to anyone and everyone looking for a photographer- her services and photographs exceeded my expectations in every possible way. You will NOT be disappointed :)

Emily is such an amazing photographer and person. She did our engagement pictures and wedding pictures, as well as our maternity pictures! We had a lot of men in our wedding party that do NOT like taking pictures but Emily made it very fun and got us through 105 degree weather still in a good mood. Our wedding pictures were amazing and so was our booklet that we got. We had a lot of very good comments on our photos and we are so blessed to have chosen her to photograph such a memorable day!!

Emily Dobson is literally the best thing that has happened for my wedding (besides the groom! ;)) She is always super punctual in her responses, and I really appreciate her good communication. She is so personable and makes you feel so comfortable... By the end of our first engagement session, I already felt like I had a new friend and made me that much more excited for our wedding day.
