Emily Dumont Weddings & Events

r dreams. That's Emily. From our initial call to our wedding day, Emily was our constant source of peace and organization. She made the planning process effortless and enjoyable. She stuck to our budget, she was transparent, she understood our vision and exceeded all of our expectations. I truly could not have done this without her. Not only is she an exceptional wedding planner, but she is an incredible human with a heart of gold. We simply adore her. One of the smartest decisions you can make in your planning process is to hire a wedding planner, but the absolute best decision you can make in your wedding planning process is to hire Emily.

ce, it became a joyful, seamless experience. She brought our vision to life with creativity, precision, and so much heart. Every detail was carefully curated—floral arrangements, table settings, lighting, timeline—you name it. Emily handled everything with professionalism and calm and was always available when we reached out with questions surrounding our event. The vendor recommendations were top-notch, and we felt completely supported throughout the entire process. What truly set Emily apart was her ability to make us feel heard. She didn't just plan an event—she created a deeply personal celebration that reflected who we are as a couple. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful and well-organized everything was. If you’re looking for someone who is not only experienced and reliable but also passionate and kind, look no further than Emily. Hiring her was the best decision we made (besides marrying each other!). Thank you for making our day unforgettable! — Jennifer and Loui Georgalas

we felt so safe and seen with Emily. She truly cares and gets to know her couples so well throughout the process and in doing so, learns and knows exactly what we want. Her communication and planning skills are unmatched. She was there for us in every capacity we needed from helping determine our vision to organizing all the details to helping coordinate and communicate with all our vendors. We ended up moving across the country 3 months before our wedding and I could not have trusted anyone more than Emily to help finish the planning process and exceeding our expectations for how our big day turned out. Everyone talks about how stressful planning a wedding can be and it really doesn't have to be with the right team. I would do it again a million times again just to work with Emily.

and step back and let her take the reigns. She did not disappoint. Emily is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and knows how to take charge to get things accomplished. She is a great communicator and has a way of putting everyone at ease. I am brainstorming our next party/event so we have an excuse to work with Emily again!

ll go that extra step, above-and-beyond the expectations. We will refer her to all of our couples.

ionalism and preparation by Emily. Our team was amazing, and she helped keep everyone moving in the same direction and on the same page. From organizing the major details to hammering out the changes on the fly during the day of the wedding, she was able to make sure our day was amazing.

Once the wedding weekend arrived, Emily kicked into another gear and took care of everything we needed. She ensured the day went off without a hitch and we could not have asked for a better wedding planner. We would recommend her 10/10 times. Absolutely a dream to work with!

timeline. She helped them hire vendors – and great ones at that. She was indispensable the day of the wedding. As the mother of the bride, I can honestly say she is calm, cool, collected and really really good at her job! @emilyanneweddings

nergy, insight and vision. She is on top my vendor list and referrals.

it was one of the best planned events they’d attended. Emily is really friendly and was super helpful in communicating with our vendors, which was one of the tasks that I as a bride did not enjoy doing. She went above and beyond on the day of the wedding and everything went seamlessly. We signed our contract with Emily right after we picked out our venue, but I wish we had done it even sooner because she was so helpful in the later stages of signing that contract. Your wedding planner is the one vendor you really want to be on your side and Emily is there for you!

a professional to plan my wife's dream wedding. Not knowing it would become my dream wedding as well. When my wife started looking for a wedding planner, there was only one person that caught attention. The one and only person she reached out to was Emily, and we are still just so thrilled that we met her. Not only did we find our dream wedding planner, she also ended becoming a really good friend. We know being a wedding planner is a profession, but with Emily, it also seemed like it is what she loves to be. It's not what she does, and who she is. Emily Dumont did so much for us since hiring her 1 1/2 years before our wedding. It actually felt like we were working with a friend that we have known our whole lives. She's very kind, outgoing, funny, easy to talk to, very relatable and sweet. She always makes herself available to her clients. Emily turned what was a very stressful time for us, to a very memorable , fun, and full of enjoyment and laughter. Emily did so much for us, that after every zoom call my would and I would say to each other, "man, what would we do without Emily?" And now that our wedding is over, doesn't mean it will be the last time we work with Emily. She is so awesome that would love to work with her in future events. Not because we need to, but because we would love to. Her energy and attention to detail is second to none. She also did a lot of research for us and looked for vendors that aligned with our vision and values. All in all, there's no one else we could imagine handling the most important journey of our lives, and are just so blessed that she was there with us every step of the way. So Emily, we would just like to say thank you thank you thank you!! Until next time !! -Michael & Alicia.

ly... the perfect balance of present and also not hovering. Highly recommend!

couple would lucky to work with her. I love hearing all of the amazing things said about her by her couples and the joy that comes from their special day!

ed, liaising between countless vendors, and making our day felt authentic to us. If there was something special we wanted on the day, she advocated to the moon and back for us to make it happen. I received several comments from my bridal party complimenting her demeanor and work ethic. She cares deeply for her clients and it shows - you are in excellent hands with her at the wheel!

her and I hope it's not the last. She was very detailed and knowledgeable. I saw the care she put into the bride and groom but also cared about the facility to make sure we, too, were happy with all the plans and timeline. Looking forward to another event with her!

er for your special event!

We enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend!

l how incredible she was at her job. Her personality is the first and foremost thing about her. She is bright, bubbly, and very easy to talk to. You can tell where she gets it because every single person I met, not even her family, but her friends and colleagues were such good people. Life takes a village and it really is about who you surround yourself with and you can just tell she surrounds herself with the right people. When it came to planning, her attention to detail was insane, which, again coming from a wedding designer, is no surprise. She made everything SO easy from a vendor standpoint. Throughout the planning process, she always asked the right questions, was super communicative, and never left a question hanging. And this was just all for her OWN wedding. I can only imagine how she would be on your wedding day. It would be nothing short of a seamless and amazing experience. I cannot recommend Emily enough. :)

had. And the day of!!!! It could not have gone smoother. There was not one thing I would change of our special day. I couldn’t not have done this without her. She made sure everything was perfect and the timing of everything impeccable. I will never forget this angel. We are forever grateful.

any problems. Emily helped get us organized spent ample time with us ahead of the wedding on a weekly basis making sure we were on track and organized for the day. If we were to get married again we would for sure get Emily to help us. Do not sleep on Emily she is AMAZING!

e at ease and knew she’d be the right choice. She was fun, vibrant, and didn’t overwhelm us like other wedding planners we talked to at the beginning did. Her aesthetic and style was a perfect match for us. She always went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and truly helped guide us the whole way. She helped navigate every step of the way from vendors to dealing with family members to just being there for us. Our wedding was absolutely stunning and she really took our vision and made it come to life. She helped us find the perfect vendors to fit our style. Also, regular zoom sessions with Emily were never stressful. We developed a friendship with her and just had fun! We cannot think of more good things to say about her. Everyone who attended our wedding said it was one of, if not their favorite wedding they attended, and Emily played a big part of that. She is extremely organized and creative! We were so lucky to work with her. If you’re looking for someone to help guide you through a stressful time, look no further! We only wish we were having another wedding so we could book her again!

se of peace during a time where peace was hard to come by. She was professional when reaching out to our vendors and she always was able to have answers from vendors in a short period of time. Her attention to detail in helping us plan our seating charts, cocktail hour, dinner, and general event layout was fantastic. She was dynamic in the way she approached the situation due to several requirements set forth by our venue. The day of the wedding went so smoothly and the flow of the day of events was just perfect. As many couples can attest, there are so many thoughts on your mind the day of the wedding and Emily was able to put us at ease. I would 100% recommend Emily’s services to anyone that is looking for a smart, professional, and punctual wedding Coordinator. Thanks Emily!!

expectations were blown out of the water with her attention to detail, her genuine involvement and her experience. I thought I was getting a "day of" planner, but instead I gained a friend. She got to know us as a couple, making the planning very personalized. She made sure we were prepared leading up to the wedding; providing lists, reminders and even assisting with any difficulties that came our way. On the day of our wedding, she was there from beginning to end, ensuring special pictures were captured, napkins were folded exactly as I wanted, guests were seated, announcements were made and the list goes on. She helped with my shoes, my dress and always had a cough drop, breath mint and lipstick to freshen up on hand at a moments notice. I truly felt like the belle of the ball with Emily by my side. This allowed all of my guests to enjoy the day without being asked to complete tasks. I cannot recommend Emily enough! I would have another wedding just to have her by my side again if I could! 🥰

hole wedding day could go smoothly. At every step of the process, Emily was highly responsive, organized, and, most importantly, involved in any aspect. I saw how happy the bride was with the bouquet and all decorations. We all knew that we were in the best of hands. She is a true professional, and it makes the entire filming process so much better! As a result, we have incredible and thorough wedding day footage. I would 100% recommend Emily Anne Weddings as a planner!

et touches and amazing communication in between - the event was a total success! I would 100% recommend and work with Emily again. Thank you Emily!!

lanners with my couples and honestly Emily has been the best and the most responsive she actually follows through with all vendors so everyone knows what is happening and when. She also works well with other vendors timelines and takes into consideration your photographers timelines and what is needed. Emily also has a great personality and is super friendly and professional. Hire this girl you wont regret it!

planning process down to the actual day-of, Emily is an absolute delight to work with! She is very organized, thorough, an excellent communicator, and great team leader, all of which I feel are all necessary qualities in the person who is running the show! As a wedding planner, Emily wears many hats, and she does so seamlessly, gracefully and with a smile on her face. She also has a firm understanding of visual design and a sharp eye for detail which allow her to plan and execute the most beautiful, Instagram-worthy weddings! I'm grateful to work alongside her, and I will continue to recommend her wedding planning services to my own clients.

he stresses of planning an event. Her vast experience in high-profile NYC hotels alone tells you she’s an expert in her craft and will make every aspect absolutely PERFECT! There is nobody else I’d want by my side to help me plan my special day. Look no further than Emily Anne Weddings for the big day, you won’t regret it!!

uld do it all myself. The truth is i was wrong! I work 9-5, and have a busy social schedule and if it wasn’t for Emily i do not think i would have ‘enjoyed’ my wedding. Emily worked with my budget, my family, and my bridesmaids. She let me be a guest at my actual wedding. Every step of the way Emily would text (as that is my preferred method of communication), send me photos, and kept us on track. She listened to all of our needs and helped us negioate every vendor to get the best price. I had the opportunity to work with Emily directly, however i am confident that any member of her staff would give you the same level of expertise. My now husband also raves about how Emily came to the rescue for his groomsmen on the day of when they realized that one of the men left the rings at the hotel! Emily to the rescue! i owe the success of my wedding day to Emily and her entire team at Emily Anne Weddings! highly recommend!

ood at her job. I love working with her and hope to continue to work with her. She deserves a 5 * and A+ for her amazing work. If you'll don't pick her, it's your loss!
