us come out of our shells and not feel as awkward in front of the camera. They were both very prompt in replying to our questions and were great at helping us during our planning process. We were blown away when we got the photos back. They are absolutely perfect. Honestly, we adored them so much that I would have just invited them to the wedding as guests, had we not hired them for our photography. Emily and Jake are the perfect pair and I would absolutely recommend them.

ding photos! ☺️ words cannot express the never ending gratitude and appreciation I have for them as photographers and as a couple! After my first email to them to inquire about their availability, style, etc they responded with such a loving and sweet email, full of excitement and they were hopeful to be our wedding photographer! I knew in that moment they were the right photographer for me! They are both very professional with such loving, funny, and caring personalities! They are a strong, fun loving power couple and they work together to work off each other's strengths which made our wedding run so smoothly! We had many conversations before the wedding day so they knew exactly what my vision was, very easy going, and they had great ideas also to make our wedding day extra special! We did an engagement session before the wedding day and when we first met, it felt like old friends meeting up after a long time had passed, we clicked instantly! ☺️. I was nervous before the session as I don't like being the center of attention. I felt so comfortable and had a blast taking pictures. They are both wonderfully talented and extremely kind! Both of them took the photos for my wedding in October 2023 and I would have not had it any other way! I would and will highly recommend them to anyone I know having a wedding or any milestone/celebration to have pictures taken by Emily and Jake! I have wonderful memories to last a lifetime thanks to them! Every time I look back on our wedding pictures, I feel all the love, joy, beauty, and happiness from the day that changed my life forever! Emily and Jake captured moments that I asked them to take and so any more moments that made the day so much more special! Their communication is clear, respectful, and punctual! They made me feel very seen and saw the natural beauty in the day from all their experience and genuine passion for their work! They documented the big picture moments as well as the little details and spontaneous candid photos that are my favorite pictures from the wedding day! Emily Elizabeth photography is more than a 10 out of 10! I am forever grateful for them and I look forward to having them take our milestones pictures in all the years to come!! ❤️🥰

being in front of the camera, we felt so comfortable and at ease knowing Emily & Jake were capturing everything we wanted. They helped ensure our timeline made sense for the photos we wanted throughout our 11 hour wedding day from getting ready to the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. We had a few last minute ideas and they were able to capture the moments without hesitation! We’re already trying to think of more ways to do photo shoots with them in the future! HIGHLY recommend!

wedding! We were nervous about engagement photos because we have never done anything like that before and 1 minute in we were laughing and felt so comfortable and they told us exactly what to do. On our big day having Jake shoot the guys and Emily shoot the girls worked out perfectly. Emily went above and beyond even helping my bridesmaids get guests out of an area they weren't supposed to be in before the ceremony and helping fix my hair during photos. We love our engagement and wedding photos and can't believe how fast they got back to us. We will continue to use them in the future for our family and are truly obsessed with them and their work!

able for our wedding. Thank goodness they were because I’m one thousand percent happy with our photos. The day was seamless. They were so skilled at catching candid moments. We had the feeling we were “hanging with friends” rather than just a dry “K stand here, photo. Adjust your arm, photo. K move there, Photo.” I felt so comfortable and that’s what you need. Good vibes lead to true smiles and great photos. I would recommend them to anyone !!!
We had Emily and her husband Jake photograph our August wedding and we are SO grateful!!! They make you feel so comfortable and are so engaging with posing you and having you feel ...
at ease in front of their camera. We initially met Emily for the engagement shoot, when we tell you we were STUNNED at how amazing our photos turned out, we really were. We had never been photographed in such a candid way before, and the photos really captured our bond. We had never felt more beautiful and we cherish our photos from our engagement and our wedding day! Anyone would be lucky to have Emily and Jake photograph their day, our photos are so much better than we ever could have imagined! We can’t wait for more of our moments to be captured behind their lens.

d at taking pictures. But that all changed on the day of the wedding. Emily and Jake worked so fluently together it was almost like there was only 1 person in the room. They also both did a great job at making it easy and comfortable to take the pictures. They never once made me doubt or question the quality of their work. I even warned Emily about my double chin (it might sound silly but it is such an insecurity) and I can tell by the final pictures that she had that in the back of her mind and I greatly appreciate it. Working with them was such an amazing experience but so was our final outcome. Our pictures carry such a natural beauty I cant help to show them off. Emily and Jake managed to capture so much beauty without needing to add filters to our pictures. Finally, working with a spouse who works in harmony on my wedding day was so inspiring! Thank you Emily and Jake for making our wedding day so easy, looking back now on our beautiful pictures bring the day back to life each time.

bsolutely LOVE our photos from our wedding. We received them within the time frame that Emily told us and since then, I look at them almost everyday; they are just breathtaking! I am normally not a fan of seeing myself in photos, but Emily captures pictures that have made me actually like photos of myself now. Not only did she capture our wedding day, but she also took our engagement photos, and two separate sessions of family photos for us too; she will forever be our photographer. Highly recommend!

to have your photographer be somebody you feel comfortable around as they are there for so many personal and intimate moments. Emily has a natural ability to connect with people and therefore made me and my bridal party feel completely at ease all throughout the day. She was not afraid to speak up to get people's attention (VERY important when photographing large groups of people!) And paid close attention to our timeline to keep us on schedule and get the best photos! I highly recommend her. I also recommend getting her package with 2 photographers as it makes a huge difference in the moments she is able to capture!

d she was so thoughtful in each photo she took. I shared with her the look we were going for and she not only captured the day beautifully but she exceeded our expectations! So many of our photos were candid and really take us back to each moment. She did such a good job organizing all of the people was able to get the important shots as well as capture special moments (some of which I didn’t even notice). I was grateful to have someone who was so organized and familiar with weddings. When I was planning she and I discussed the days events and she was able to help me put it all in order and find ways to include plenty of time for photos. Emily also got our edited photos back to us in such a timely manner and my husband and I had the best time reminiscing about our day. She is truly an artist behind the lens and we couldn’t have asked for a better photographer!

the engagement session that we were very excited to see her again at the wedding... and we hadn't even seen our engagement photos yet! The engagement photos, of course, turned out amazing and captured exactly who my husband and I are as a couple. During the wedding planning process, every time we talked with her she put us at ease and answered all of the questions we had. She helped me organize a timeline when I had no clue. On wedding day, she and Jake were amazing and, again, we had a great time with them. The photos from our wedding day are gorgeous and captured so many special moments. I love them all so much!

g for wedding photographers, her photography caught my eye because it is classic, fun, and beautiful. Emily herself was friendly, responsive, organized, and super helpful when I reached out. She answered all of my millions of questions and was super communicative during the months leading up to the wedding. As we got closer to the big day, she made sure she knew clearly what we wanted, helped me figure out logistics, and was able to offer advice from all of her wedding experience when I needed it. I felt confident going into the wedding day that I could count on her and her second shooter to keep us on schedule and make sure we got all the shots we wanted - and they definitely did. Emily was so much fun and had me and my fiancé, our families, and our bridal party of 12 laughing and smiling the whole time. She turned what can often be a long, tiresome process into a fun, carefree photo shoot. Not only did we get all the shots we wanted, but she was great at giving us fun things to try out to get a unique picture.
Professional, efficient, fun - just what you want in a photographer. And the photos are stunning! Emily made our photography dreams come true and we highly recommend her!

s!), but the personality and service she provides makes you feel so comfortable and at ease right away. Our package included an engagement shoot (so so fun!), and two photographers the day of the wedding. Emily and Jake were THE BEST. She helped me plan a timeline, stay on schedule, and helped us relax and enjoy ourselves so much! They truly went above and beyond and did more than my husband and I could have imagined or asked--and we are in love with our photos. Emily and Jake were so professional, and made sure we got all the shots we wanted, including detail shots I hadn't even thought of but am so glad to have. After an unexpectedly long family session, Emily made sure to get us back on schedule (we did all our photos before the ceremony due to the short winter day), made sure I was eating and drinking throughout the day, and kept us in great spirits. There were so many times throughout the day my husband and I looked at each other and said thank goodness for our photographers! We are so thankful for everything they did and would recommend Emily again and again.
