Emily Ferguson Photography

n the BIG day. Despite a little rain, it didn't dampen our spirits and it was absolutely perfect! But so much of that would eventually be forgotten if we hadn't made one of the best decisions of the entire wedding planning process -- hiring Emily & Brandon Ferguson as our photographers. Wow! We're so glad we did. Now our memories will live forever, and we couldn't be happier with end results of their work. Emily Ferguson is the consumate professional, but also easy going and just fun to be around! When she's shooting your wedding, it feels like you're just hanging with your friend, who just so happens to be a world-class Photographer! Emily really takes the stress off because she executes the shot timeline so flawlessly. So you never feel the pressure of "running behind." And she also has an uncanny knack for being in the right place at the right time! She & Brandon are experts at capturing candid moments in time; and making it look so natural, even in a photo. The way they work with the lighting environment is truly next-level. Images aren't too dark, but their also not "flashed out." The look REAL... but with all the ambiance of the lighting that was actually the way if felt in that moment. Listen, bottom line: Emily Ferguson's work is astonishing! Do yourself a favor and check her out before hiring your wedding photographer. You won't regret it!

edding, Emily communicated well with details on what we wanted photography wise on the big day and timeline to make our special day go perfect. The wedding day went by so quickly and they did an incredible job capturing the best moments and making sure to have time for just pictures of us. When we received all the photos of the wedding it was re-living our special day and even seeing moments we didn’t get to with the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend Emily Ferguson Photography! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

’s some of the best wedding photography they’ve seen! Our engagement photos were equally stunning! Don’t hesitate to book them!

h, beautiful and natural WV photography! They were always responsive and listened to any concern we might have had. We cant wait to use them for all of our new life moments.

k with on the day of. They rolled easily with us to our multiple venues & made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. Most importantly - we were so thrilled with our photos!! They did an amazing job of capturing the day and got every shot we were hoping for. The photos are absolutely beautiful & will definitely be treasured forever. Would 100% recommend!!

e best way possible. They were very easy to communicate and work with. They were willing to travel to Marietta, OH for both our engagement photos and our wedding. Even though they are not as familiar with the area, they were still able to find the best spots for photos. They made us feel very comfortable and they knew many different/unique ways to pose you for photos. For the wedding, they had a structured schedule to help keep the day on track, and were easy to adjust when things had to change (sudden burst of rain). I know our wedding party enjoyed working with them and at the end of the night they truly felt like a part of our family. By choosing Emily and Brandon, it's one less stress you have to worry about because their work is top notch!

ey were just fun to be around, lots of laughs were had. They were great to communicate with and we couldn’t be more pleased with the resulting images. We’ve gotten so many compliments on our albums. Photography was one of our top priorities when wedding planning and we made the best choice.

were a pleasure to work with. Their communication was wonderful in the lead-up to our day. A few days beforehand, we met with Emily to get to know each other and go over plans for the day. The day of the wedding, both Emily and Brandon were great. They somehow managed to be everywhere we needed to be, full of helpful suggestions, and yet also utterly unobtrusive. They were wonderful with the ceremony and our complicated family situations during formals, but they really shone during the reception. They really managed to capture the very essence of us as a couple, our guests, and the venue itself. When we received the finished works a few weeks later, we were overjoyed. Both Emily and Brandon have a wonderful eye for composition and framing that made each of the pictures stand out. They also added some wonderfully artistic shots we never would’ve imagined. Throughout the whole process, Emily and Brandon have excelled at being professional, polished, and personable, and we whole-heartedly recommend them to anybody considering a photographer. (Please note that while we were compensated with several additional album pages for this review, we stand by the content of this review and its overall recommendation.)

ortable, even if you've never had professional pictures done, and getting incredible shots. They are very professional, prompt, easy to get a hold of, and both very talented. Having the additional perspective with two photographers is absolutely worth it for your wedding! I would recommend Emily and Brandon for any photography needs you have in West Virginia!

verything looking staged, but they really made sure we were relax which helped create some amazing photos. I would say make sure to take the time to fill out their questionnaire thoroughly and correctly. It really helps for the next day to make everything smooth!
