l to work with, she is responsive, helpful (she even helped us pick our wedding venue) and organized. She helped us to relax (especially my husband) on the day of the wedding and paid attention to every detail. She even helped me to change shoes when my feet were killing me and my bridesmaids weren't paying attention. Not only have we been majorly impressed with her work but our guests and families have as well. I could not sing her praises more!!!

. I didn't feel like I was "paying" someone for a service. I felt like I was gaining a friend. She started doing our engagement photos first. Still must be one of the best days together. She spent HOURS with us, did every single idea I could come up with. She was patient and loving with our dog, who is our world. She even let our best-man and maid-of-honor tag along to help. The photos turned out amazing, as always. Then we had our wedding 10/4/14. She spent over 9 hours with us. She got there right when I asked, like 5am (insane) and didn’t budge at all. I had her in my dressing room and didn’t even think twice about it because I had become that comfortable with her. She captured images I never even knew she took until I saw them later. She helped my family members, talked with my bridal party, and showed just as much love to my husband as she did to me. She knew us by then and made us laugh all the time. She knew my husband which made him relax and comfortable, which is HUGE. She had a LONG list of everything I wanted done on that day, and she got it all. I regret not having some photos done but that’s on me, NOT her. She truly made our day amazing from start to finish, and not just with the photos. About a year later we had her do an anniversary/fall photoshoot with us as well. Again, amazing as always. During all this time she got to know our friends as well. To the point that she built trust with them and they hired her for their weddings. I think she gained 4 couples from us and I couldn’t be prouder to refer them to her. I was a part of one of these couple’s weddings as a bridesmaid and so was my husband as the best man. She showed the same laid back, funny, and professional personality at their wedding that she had at mine. I keep telling her that once we decide to have a child she will be our pregnancy photographer and then child photographer. I cannot imagine using anyone else. Emily is not just a professional, she is loving, caring, friendly, funny human being who gives you more than just photos. She gives you an experience and a connection. If you do not pick Emily as your photographer, you are truly doing yourself a miss service!
