Emily was the perfect fit for our wedding she was attentive and captured all the shots without being obtrusive to the guests. She flew in for our wedding in Louisiana I was so excited she was willing to travel since she’s based out of Nebraska, a new environment obviously didn’t slow her down. Her style was fabulous and the ideas she had on how to capture a great shot using our venue she’d never seen was quick and easy with amazing results. She’s so polite and very receptive to your ideas and needs without any judgement. Another key factor that amazed me and lots of others was she was able to get me a finished edit preview of a variety of shots within a few days of the wedding. Everyone couldn’t believe I got shots back so soon. This was a nice bonus to have while she worked on the remaining shots edits I got to have some to share with family right away. She’s very efficient, easy, and awesome. Don’t have any reservations and book as soon as you can to reserve her for your wedding! Highly recommend.

We had Emily for our engagement photos and we could not have had someone better to do them! She listened to exactly what we were thinking and what we wanted and gave us her professional opinion on how to make it work. I would highly recommend her not only for her ability to take amazing photos but for also being a professional who takes her job seriously! Again, Emily did an awesome job and we were so incredibly happy and lucky to have her!

My husband and I had such a positive experience with Emily! Meeting before the big day was a breeze and Emily brought a sense of calm and composure deeply needed both before and during our special day :) The photos turned out great and she captured our wedding perfectly! Where Emily truly shined was nearly a year later when she rectified a miscommunication by offering to shoot pictures of our new puppy this fall for FREE! Emily is such a fun person to work with. We were very nervous before our engagement pictures but Emily made it so much fun and even had a "sneak peak" to us that same night she took the pictures. She is so good at capturing little moments and I have so many pictures I will cherish forever. She doesn't have a time limit so on the wedding day, she was with us way before the ceremony started and stayed until late into the reception. I can't say enough good things about Emily!! She makes you feel beautiful and confident when she's taking pictures, it feels so easy and natural. I would highly recommend using Emily for your wedding photography needs!

Emily Jessen did a wonderful job capturing the special moments of our wedding day. She was very organized and efficient throughout the entire process.
