neak peek photos are already blowing me away! Our wedding planning through COVID was a bit chaotic, but I knew from the start that Emily would make anything happen that was necessary. I am so thankful that things fell into place, but I am so glad that Emily was able to make it out here! She and her second shooter Danielle were incredible. I loved her energy and she truly hyped me up and made me feel lovely. She would answer all of my emails with a thousand questions so quickly and always was so kind to me. Of all of my vendors, I would have to say my highest recommendation is for Emily. You will not regret hiring her for any photography sessions!

ir stuff in and out was essential. But I had a very romantic, moody almost editorial taste in the photos I loved. These are very different concepts than what my husband likes, so we had to find someone who could make us both happy. That's a daunting task in itself. But we interviewed Emily and she was happy to meet the challenge. That, and was eager to do our insane idea of a sunrise first look on the beach. Emily basically became part of our planning team. Every step of the way she clued us in on tips and tricks she's learned working so many weddings. She helped us build our schedule well, helped us come up with a shot list, encouraged good ideas and questioned bad ones. In finding our photographer, we really found a friend, too. "The Plan" was to have an April 2020 wedding, and then covid happened. We were about a month and a half away and we had to pause or postpone everything. Emily supported me through the grief of losing my dream wedding. She was happy to work with us on our future date of April 2021. And then more calamities happened for us and we decided it was time to jump in and get it over with (no one thinks they'll feel that way about their wedding, thanks 2020) and Emily was still on-board. Every turn we threw at her, she handled with happiness and grace. She had creative ideas of her own that she asked us to do which told us she really was putting her heart into our project. The morning of the wedding she was there, professional and ready to go. She was really kind of our support beam for the whole day and we probably did not pay her enough for that. She expertly navigated family members and last-minute requests. She sent us a handful of preview pics a day or two after the wedding as a perfect teaser for the hard work we'd get to see. She got us our whole gallery EARLY and RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS. WHAT. This woman is the real deal. She's incredible. AND THAT'S NOT EVEN HER SKILL WITH THE CAMERA which is next level. I was so picky about what I was looking for and she absolutely delivered. Her talent with shooting and editing surpasses even her ability to be warm and helpful. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Emily.

flexible with my husband and I while we went through plans A-Z as the year progressed, and insured that our intimate wedding ceremony was every bit as special as we hoped it would be. My husband and I are very camera-shy and reserved by nature, but Emily did an absolutely phenomenal job making us feel relaxed and comfortable while she documented our special day. After a wonderful FaceTime consult that felt like chatting with an old friend , we knew she was who we wanted to be a part of the biggest day of our lives. Emily shot our engagement photos, had us laughing the entire session and the end result showed our love story perfectly. Then came the wedding and a pandemic decided to come along too. Emily worked with us every step of the way and helped make sure our wedding day was still exactly what we envisioned. She somehow caught every hug, every kiss, every smile and every happy tear in the most exquisite way - I don't know how she did it all. We love Emily so much and are eternally grateful for her! I promise you will not regret booking her for any of your photography needs - you will leave with timeless memories and a wonderful friend.

d we could not have been more pleased with the results. Emily treats you like an old friend, you pick up where you left off and immediately feel comfortable in her presence. For the boudoir shoot, Emily was so much fun to work with. She made me feel so comfortable in front of the camera and I was shocked (in a good way!) with the results. It was a sexy and empowering experience. The images reflect that. I had to ask her...is that ME?!? Emily was so helpful along the way and was quick with communication and responses which is always appreciated. My husband and I had a blast during our engagement session with Emily. She has such a creative eye and gently guides you through the shoot, allowing her to capture these beautifully raw moments, that exemplify the essence of our fun and goofy love, all amidst the stunning backdrop of the PNW. ential photographer choice in the future. Evidently, my fiancé and I got engaged in Nov 2019 and I thought it was the perfect chance to reach out to Emily for an engagement shoot. She was super easy to coordinate with — especially when weather wasn’t working on our side. We finally had some decent weather and chose to go with it. My fiancé and I had a blast with Emily and felt like we’ve known each other for years. She doesn’t do any of that posing stuff — she goes for candid and real. And although it started to rain during our shoot, she made it work and it turned out magical. I honestly didn’t want the shoot to ever end. She’s insanely talented, sweet and so easy to work with! Would recommend 1,000%!

She made us feel so comfortable and even though there were some major day-of timeline changes due to a Husky football game and many many road closures, she put me at ease as we shifted things around, and the wedding started on time! Her calming presence, and big smile will put you at ease on your wedding day which is honestly what you need. When we slipped away for photos, it was fun and easy. I can't recommend Emily enough. My husband and I will for sure hire Emily again when we need portraits next, but if you are getting married, DO NOT HESITATE to hire Emily. You will not regret it at all.

However, excellent photos are made truly excellent by the memories they represent and Emily helped in so many ways to make sure our memories of our wedding day were nothing short of perfect. SHE IS THE BEST!! Your wedding photographer is with you every step of the way on one of the most exciting and most stressful days of your life. While many photographers can take excellent pictures, Emily brings soooo much more to the table. I'm so thankful that she came into our lives for our big day and all the time leading up to it. From the moment we booked Emily she was so helpful with all of our questions! On our wedding day she was ON IT! She's the kind of photographer ('friend' is probably the more accurate word here) that will jump in to help make your experience on your big day as wonderful as it can be. When I was admittedly starting to get a little hangry during our wedding party photos because I hadn't had time to eat yet, Emily pulled out a granola bar for me. When no one could figure out how to bustle my dress because of the complex bead work and embroidery, Emily slung her camera over her shoulder, got down on her hands and knees and she FIGURED IT OUT. She was so helpful with keeping us on our timeline while somehow also helping to ease my nerves and anxiety when we were a little behind schedule. Having Emily with us on our wedding day felt like having a really great, helpful friend hanging out with us while also taking spectacular pictures. Our families can't stop raving about how wonderful she is and how it wouldn't have been quite as perfect of a day without her there. After that experience Emily is officially part of the family. Book Emily. You won't regret it. She's also pretty quick with getting your pictures to you after your big day, which is a plus!

We had a few phone consultations prior to the big day and when we couldn’t fit all of our photos within the original timeline, Emily came up with an alternative one to ensure that we got our family portraits as well as the golden hour photos. And on the day of, she stuck to that timeline and was super thorough about getting every family and guest combination we requested. Throughout the whole day, Emily was prompt, communicative, energetic, and easy-going, which helped to make our wedding day stress free and fun. She captured every moment of our special day and helped guide us throughout the photos which turned out gorgeous! Emily is an absolute gem with a genuine and sweet personality who made us feel very comfortable from start to finish.

lot of advice that helped ease our minds with the timeline. Day of Emily arrived early and ready to go! She felt like an addition to the family. Cracking jokes, laughing, engaging with everyone. She made us so comfortable in front of the camera that my husband and I feel like we didnt even see her most of the time, although she was literally in front of us getting all the best shots! Couple house later at my surprise, we recieved four sneak peeks. I could'nt be happier with the way all of our photos turned out, you captured our love perfectly! Thank you again Emily.

Our engagement session was filled with so much laughter and a great way to break the ice! We were so nervous but every picture was stunning. Communication was quick and easy, and we got both our engagement and wedding photos back way sooner than we were expecting. She has such an artistic eye for the fine details, and it was so cool to get our gallery back and see everything that she captured. Also, she is the best 'hype man' ever, and will make you feel like a supermodel on your wedding day :) After hearing so many horror stories, choosing a great photographer was on the top of our priority list, and Emily absolutely delivered beyond all of our expectations. We cant thank her enough, and cannot recommend her more highly!

and she is extremely easy to work with. Her photographer’s “eye” is on point and the breadth of her artistic skills is truly spectacular. You can see the passion in her work in everything she does, including the smallest of details that she could have easily left out without issue. traveled to Rattlesnake Lake for an early sunset shoot. Emily provided me with the link to her Pinterest page with outfit/color combinations that helped inspire what we wore. She made my fiance and me feel totally comfortable and captured the most natural moments throughout the day. Additionally, she was quick to get our photos back to us, with TONS of options to choose from. We have looked back on the day with pure joy because our relationship was perfectly captured, and we have many beautiful photos to keep forever. Thank you Emily!
