We consider ourselves lucky to have had Emily Klein Goldstein play the harp at our wedding. We had a Catholic wedding within Mass, and we paired her to play alongside a cantor and ...an organist. For some parts, like the processional, we had her play solo. Emily plays confidently, and her harp can be heard across a large church. She also plays in an unhurried fashion, which made us feel like time was standing still. After the ceremony, multiple guests eagerly told us they felt her performance of Ave Maria was ethereal. I particularly admire how she was able to quickly read the room and seamlessly transition between songs based on the pacing of our movements and the father’s movements. Overall, we think Emily did a spectacular job, and we highly recommend her to any couple considering her to play at their event, mass or otherwise.
