began working together that we not only experienced her talent but her warmth. As an out-of-town bride I had anxiety about being so far away from all our wedding planning and vendors. When Emily included an engagement photo session in our package I was thrilled to be able to head down to Charleston to meet her and experience her initial work. From our first meeting, through photos at our welcome dinner, and the wedding itself, Emily was such as pleasure to work with, took the time to get to know us and our families, and really focused on all of the important details of the day. Normally I would be the one running around with an iPhone trying to capture every single detail so I didn't forget, but with Emily around I didn't need to stress and had complete confidence that no rock would be left unturned. Can't recommend enough!

he weather we dealt with the day of the wedding (it decided to thunderstorm within seconds of my ceremony ending, therefore pushing everyone inside and canceling the outdoor cocktail hour). I can tell through her photos that she has an artistic eye that was able to gauge the perfect places of where the light was still visible, giving us incredible pictures of ourselves (the newlyweds) and the Charleston Harbor and Ravenel Bridge. I really couldn’t be any happier with her service. Emily AND her assistant Sloan were involved, fun and worked diligently to capture all of the images I wanted from our big day. Even some of the candid shots brought me to tears. Through their pictures, it was easy to tell that my guests were having a blast, even with the horrible weather. They made our big day easier to remember because we get to relive the moments by looking at each picture. ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT, Emily managed to have our pictures returned to us in a much more timely manner than other photographers I had spoken with/have worked with in the past. I look forward to working with her again and I would recommend her to anyone!

I probably wasn't the most organized bride, and we had to move our wedding date up 9 months due to my husband's deployment orders, but she went with the flow throughout all of the planning and the wedding day and she made it so perfect. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! Emily is your go to girl if you're searching for a wedding photographer! We loved her!

ho was easy to work with. My fiancé and I were nervous we would feel awkward, but Emily guided us through the poses/locations easily and made us feel comfortable. Our small destination wedding took place at Gadsden House. Emily and her assistant did an incredible job of capturing everything from decor details to special moments with family. I appreciated that she worked closely with my wedding planner to coordinate timing so the whole day progressed seamlessly without feeling rushed. The photos were delivered on time through an online gallery. It was simple to download pictures and I liked that I could easily share the link with family so they could access the whole album. I feel so lucky to have found Emily! Because of her, I have pictures that I love that my family and I can treasure forever.

we had a great shoot! She even offered to do another shoot with us and our pup. When it came to the wedding day, she knew exactly how to pose everyone so it looked natural, and had a great eye for locations and poses. She makes it seem very effortless and easy. All of my family and wedding party enjoyed working with her and raved about her. The photos (she takes a lot!) come out looking better than you could imagine! Would definitely use again.

've made. Her talent is unparalleled. I am super high maintenance with pictures and had crazy high expectations. Emily absolutely blew my expectations out of the water! She understood what I wanted before I even had to explain it, and she had even better ideas I never would have thought of. I was nervous about certain insecurities with myself. When I voiced them to Emily, she told me I was beautiful, but she would make sure she caught all of my best angles. And she truly did! There is not a single picture where I felt anyone looked bad (and I'm notorious for making someone retake a picture of me). Every picture captured each person's beauty and best qualities. My husband can be shy, but she caught all of his reactions I never would have noticed without her. Emily is also one of my favorite people in general. She's easily one of the most likable people you will meet. I fell in love the moment I met her. My husband HATES pictures. I literally have to bribe him to take pictures with me. With Emily, he felt at ease from the first snap of her camera. At the end of our engagement session, he couldn't stop talking about how much he enjoyed himself which is unheard of. Get the biggest package you can! I promise years from now it will be the best decision you make. After the engagement pictures, I was floored with how stunning they were. After the bridal portraits, I just knew there was no possible way she could duplicate how amazing she made me look. I've only received a sneak peek of my wedding photos, but I'm convinced Emily photo shopped all of our faces onto bridal magazine pictures. The lighting with the pop of colors she got are out of this world. If Emily offered to photograph my everyday life, I would hire her. I will never be able to truly thank her for the gift that she gave us!

hing she photographed even more beautiful than in person! On top of the absolutely beautiful photos that took our break away, Emily played an active role in creating our day-of schedule. Not only did she keep us on track, but she was there to calm our nerves and help out with all of the details along the way. By the end of the day, we thought of Emily more as a friend, than our wedding photographer. We hope to continue our relationship with Emily for many years to come. She is truly talented and we promise you'll love working with her as much as we did!

! Doing a destination wedding can be stressful throughout the planning process and Emily put as at ease and was very organized throughout the entire process! We had a large wedding party of 25 and she was able to streamline the process seamlessly on our wedding day to get all of the photos we wanted with our entire family and friends!
