We are so glad that we hired Emily for our October wedding. We initially hired her because she came at the recommendation of other booked photographers and was within our price range. We tried to have a fairly budget wedding, but splurged a little more on our photographer because we wanted her clean, professional, and modern style. We weren't able to meet Emily until the day of our wedding due to distance, but coordinated really well via email and an online question template she provided. That way, we were able to schedule our photos for the day and fit everything in. During our actual shoot, Emily told us how to pose, move, make facial expressions, etc., and that was extremely helpful. We felt totally comfortable with her expertise and guidance during the shoot. She was also able to maneuver and take advantage of the changing weather of the day (rain, sunny, and sunset). I feel that Emily really encompassed the theme and feel of our wedding, and made our "budget wedding" (if that is a thing) look like a super fancy wedding. We love looking back on our photos and seeing the planned, and unplanned moments, perfectly documented. Of all the vendors we hired, I am happiest with Emily! Would highly recommend.
