Emily is incredible. From every step in the wedding planning process she was there. She accepts nothing less than perfection and has rolled with the punches as we experienced venue staff turnover and difficult vendors to coordinate along the way. She took care of everything during the day - from making sure the cake was saved and taken back to our accommodations to mailing our marriage certificate so I didn’t have to worry about getting to the county clerk after the wedding. She executed everything perfectly with decor and every groomsman got to where they needed to be on time. Her husband was also the greatest help on wedding day. I interviewed with other coordinators that seemed to limit their scope of duties and support/communication, but with Emily I felt that I had the support I needed the entire time and I could not be more thankful to have had someone on my side I could trust. If you are looking to have a low-stress wedding day to enjoy, you absolutely need Emily.

Emily Rose created and saved the day! She catered specifically to what the bride both wanted and needed (sometimes different things!) She handled bridal party, family, guests respectfully. She went beyond the call consistently. From dress steaming to tipping to contacting each vendor, there was not a single detail she missed. She is very connected and seems to know everybody in the business in Louisville. She was incredibly calm and capable -- exactly what every bride needs. Emily was fabulous coordinating our daughter’s wedding in Louisville! In fact, she was so good, we’ve hired her for our other daughter’s wedding in western Kentucky. Emily is professional, organized, and personable. My daughter and I both loved working with her. Emily knew I wanted to do some of the planning myself, but she was there for anything I needed and for everything I didn’t know I needed. The day of the wedding, I was able to enjoy the experience because Emily was in charge. I was told by many guests that the flow of the ceremony and reception was well coordinated down to the smallest detail. I know it was because of her expertise. Emily was the best decision we made when planning the wedding and I highly recommend her!

Emily Rose is one incredible woman! My daughter hired Emily as a part time wedding consultant. To me, Emily was full time! She was there every step of the way! No question went unanswered and no task went unfinished! On the day of the wedding, Emily made every little detail happen! We could not have pulled this wedding off without Emily! You NEED Emily! I have absolutely no words to describe how amazing Emily and her husband Vincent are! I am an anxious person naturally, so I expected to be super overwhelmed on my wedding day. However, Emily and Vincent took all of that stress away and I don’t think I could have been any more at ease. I was able to spend time with loved ones and relax while Emily sat everything up and on the day of the wedding, I never had to worry about what was going to happen when, because I knew Emily had it all under control. Emily is so sweet and kind and very professional. You never have to lift a finger because Emily knows exactly what needs to be done and knows how to exceed expectations. Even if it’s something as small as making sure you’re applying sunscreen so you’re not sunburnt in pictures, she’s got you covered. Her husband Vincent is just as amazing and such a pleasant person to work with. He was willing to do whatever we needed him to do without any questions asked. I would recommend Emily and Vincent to anyone who asks. It was such a pleasure to work with the both of them. They truly made our special day so magical!

Emily was amazing! She was an integral part of our wedding planning starting a year before the big date. As the MOB, she made the wedding day a relaxing experience for me but she never stopped! Her Fanny pack reminded me of Hermione’s purse … she could provide anything needed! At the end of the wedding day I drove off with my car fully packed with everything we needed to keep. She is worth every dollar and more.

It's hard to put into words how wonderful Emily is! From the very first call we had, she truly just puts your worries at ease. We had a lot of moving parts for our wedding and Emily streamlined and made everything work so effortlessly. Wedding day went absolutely seamless, and if it didn't I did not know about it. I LOVED working with Emily and could not recommend her enough! She is worth every penny and more! I look back and can't imagine our wedding day without her! She went above and beyond. Emily is UNBELIEVABLE. She helped us every step of the way, including helping us to organize all of our vendors, even finding some of them for us! She did everything from meeting with us monthly over the phone, to joining me at my final dress fitting to learn how to bustle my dress. Emily and her husband made our wedding day so relaxing, I didn’t have to think about anything as she had it all covered. It was such a blessing to have her part of our wedding experience!

Out of the thousands of decisions my husband and I made throughout the wedding planning process, I can confidently say the BEST decision we made was hiring Emily. When planning the wedding, I had little knowledge of what a coordinator was. I had the expectation that a coordinator would help day of the wedding, making sure everything would run smoothly at the venue and coordinate with the vendors. I quickly learned that with Emily you are getting SO much more than that. Throughout wedding planning and the wedding weekend, Emily was more than a coordinator. She always kept everything moving and kept us on track the whole time through planning all the way to our wedding day and even after the wedding by assisting with wrapping up all final items. Emily is incredibly talented, experienced, professional, and just overall an incredible person to work with. Our special day was more beautiful, perfect, and memorable than I could have even imagined, and Emily played such a HUGE role in making our wedding day the best day of our life. So if you are considering a wedding coordinator, I honestly think you will have a pretty tough time finding anyone better than Emily.

Emily was truly one of the most wonderful people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I can not say enough wonderful things about Emily. Emily and I met every 4-6 weeks to go over a detailed timeline to create my dream wedding. She helped me through the process of choosing my vendors, making sure I paid them on time, my wedding website, wedding invitations, RSVPs, venue layout, seating chart, etc… you name it, she did it! One month before my wedding she communicated with all of my vendors and created a detailed timeline for them. She made an itinerary for the wedding party and made herself readily available for anyone who had questions. On the day of my wedding, she came to my house bright and early and was ready to go! She steam all my bridesmaid dresses and made sure hair and make up ran smoothly. She coordinated all of the transportation for the wedding party so everyone was on time. At the wedding venue, Emily and her husband helped vendors set up to make sure everything was the way I had envisioned. During the ceremony, Emily helped get everyone in the right order and made sure things went smoothly. At the reception, Emily and her husband were there every step of the way. They made sure my family and friends were accommodated and were having a great time. Most importantly they checked on my husband and I every so often to make sure we were pleased with everything. I truly cannot say enough great things about Emily. I received so many wonderful compliments from family and friends about my wedding and it’s all because of Emily. So many people asked who my wedding planner was because they couldn’t believe how perfect the day was. She is truly that wonderful! Brides, the best decision you’ll make with your wedding is choosing Emily!

Hiring Emily as our wedding coordinator was the best decision we made. She is simply exceptional at what she does. From asking us all the right questions on our first call to collecting all of our belongings, cards and gifts at the end of our wedding and dropping it off at our hotel room, she removed all possible challenges and stress, while always staying calm with a smile on her face. Emily goes above and beyond and so does her assistant / husband Vince, who made sure we always had everything we needed on our wedding day. Imagine having someone who makes sure you drink enough water, brings you a perfectly composed dinner plate from the buffet as soon as you sit down, all while Emily is orchestrating the event, keeping everything and everyone on track. While not being a wedding planner, we felt like her services went way beyond coordinating our event the day of. She specifically supported us in the weeks leading up to the big day, giving advice, solving problems and making sure we were all set with our vendors. Emily is such a blessing!! She put so much time, energy and love into helping us get married and doing so much on the wedding day. She is professional, very knowledgeable and a great communicator. Emily also is so sweet, easy to be around and is your biggest cheerleader and always has your best interest at heart. Her family even helped bartend for us when we were running out of options! If I could give Emily 100 stars, I would!! She is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond my wildest dreams to help us with our wedding. I highly highly highly recommend her! We live in Chicago and our wedding was in Louisville and she couldn't have been more helpful! She was the reason I could sleep at night while planning our wedding. I can't say enough about her!! Emily (And Vince) may not know it yet, but they are our new BFFs. Seriously, our wedding would have not happened with Emily. I am a Sales and Event Manager by day and letting go of control is not something I handle very well. Emily was my backbone that day and even the weeks leading up to the wedding. Her plan, her timeline, her wedding day kit with all the essentials, it was just perfect. My entire family LOVED her and Vince so much. There aren’t enough words to describe how abundantly blessed and grateful we were to have the opportunity to work with Emily and her team. From the first time we met, Evan and I felt at ease and that our special day was in good hands. She was very patient with us and our inability to be decisive. We didn’t have strong opinions about some details to our big day and felt we could completely trust her professional opinion. Her instinct made our day beautiful and more than what we expected. I ADORE Emily, she was one of my two wedding planners and I could not have imagined my big day without her. Emily made planning so fun, she truly took the time to get to know me/ my style/ exactly what I wanted my big day to look and feel like. If there were any issues she made sure to take care of them to the best of her ability. Emily is SPECTACULAR!!! I highly recommend her as a wedding coordinator!! Emily is so kind and friendly! As a mother of the bride who lives far away, Emily was a godsend in helping my daughter and her fiance with the details for their pre-wedding party, the wedding and reception events. She is so very organized, had cost-effective ideas to help us stay in budget and was knowledgable of our other selected vendors and worked collaboratively with them. Our wedding events went off without a hitch, or at least none that I was aware of, and that's due to Emily's work as a great coordinator! We all had a lovely time and just enjoyed our events and time with our guests. I would HIGHLY recommend Emily for your wedding or any other party planning event.

I had the privilege of working with Emily when I was in the bridal party of my best friend’s wedding. She was hired to take some things off the bride’s plate and my best friend was glad to have Emily’s knowledge, expertise, and connections to assist on her big day. This was especially helpful in this uncertain time of the pandemic! From knowing the in’s and out’s of the Catholic ceremony: guiding everyone one where to get ready, where to sit, placing face coverings where they are easy accessible; To making sure the reception schedule of pictures stayed on time, ensuring the bride and groom had drinks and food, and creating playlists for dancing; Emily is essential to your Louisville wedding planning! Most importantly, she is so amiable during the process so trusting her to take care the necessities and having conversations about what needed to be done, felt like meeting with a friend!

Emily is amazing. When I reached out to her I was overwhelmed with planning. She stepped in and up and was more helpful than I could have ever imagined or hoped for. I only wish I would have hired her earlier in the wedding process! She is kind, prompt, creative, and wants to help make your wedding yours.
