Emily is the sweetest!! She is one of the kindest vendors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is very knowleagble about the events industry and is full of attention to detail. I would highly recommend working with her!

We got married in downtown Indianapolis on 10/07/2023 and had the most perfect day--Emily and her team were pivotal in bringing our day to life! She helped us stay organized and provided complete relief the day of. I ended up getting ready with my bridesmaids at a different location other than our venue and had peace of mind knowing Emily & her team were on-site coordinating vendors, decor items, and the overall timeline. We had a large wedding guest list, large wedding party, and a lot of formal family photos we wanted to have done on the day of--Emily seamlessly communicated with the Venue coordinator and my Matron of Honor to bring it all to fruition. I would highly recommend Emily & her team for your day!

Emily and her team were so great to work with! Emily was so patient and answered any and all questions we had. The day of we didn't have to worry about a thing since they had everything under control. You can tell Emily genuinely cares about her couples. Emily and her team were so organized and efficient setting up our decor, making sure the day ran smoothly, making adjustments, and checking in on us during our wedding day. We were able to truly step back and enjoy our day without one thought about logistics or any issues. Leading up to the wedding she was helpful, very organized, worked well with my other vendors in coordinating things, and attended the final walkthrough. She really thought of everything and helped ensure we had every answer and possible question figured out ahead of time. Highly recommend and could not have had the wedding day we did without her!

Emily was extremely helpful in organizing our timeline, contacting our vendors and ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. With everything that goes into wedding planning the last thing you need to worry about is contacting your vendors and making sure they show up day of! Emily and her team were amazing when it came making sure our special day went smoothly and we had everything we needed. They helped with transfer our large welcome signs, assisting our florist with gift tables and handled tear down at the end of the reception very efficiently! By the time I was finishing conversations with guests everything was already put in the correct cars and we were off! It was great to work with you Emily! Emily and her team were absolutely wonderful on our wedding day and the months leading up to it. They went above and beyond and way out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly and so that my family and friends did not have to worry about anything except for enjoying our wedding. Emily and her assistant Carla made sure everything was in place and set up and even sewed together my garter that broke the night of!! I can not recommend Emily Sara Events enough!! What a great experience with Emily and Carla! They handled so many details that it allowed us and our bridal party to truly enjoy the wedding. I highly recommend them. My husband and I hired Emily Sara Events to help with set up and making sure the day of ran smoothly. They are fantastically priced, detailed, kind, and just absolutely amazing. They bent over backwards to make sure our day was executed the exact way we had envisioned it. Nothing ran behind and I didn't have any stress in regards to our wedding. Carla and Jessica were amazing coordinators! I had some mishaps but they handled it exceptionally well as I did not want to be stressed on our wedding day. Carla and Jessica made sure to keep us hydrated in between breaks. They both made our wedding the best day of our lives May 15, 2022. I recommend 100% to hire a day of coordinator!!

We had an amazing experience using Emily Sara Events as our day of coordinator for our wedding in October of 2021. I was pretty skeptical that we even needed a coordinator but my wife assured me it would be worth it. I could not have been more wrong with regards to how much better everything went and how incredible the value of having Carla and Andi coordinate our wedding would be. Carla was in contact with us throughout the process, both in person and over the phone or via email. She collected every bit of information she could possibly need to make sure our wedding went the way we wanted and without causing us any undue stress or wasted time. On the day of the event Carla and Andi were nothing short of amazing. They took over communication with all the vendors, family, friends, and anybody else that might have needed anything or any direction so we wouldn't have to be bothered on our big day. I had no idea just how much they would actually be responsible for and don't think we could have pulled things off without them. All the little things make a difference, such as having them pin on the boutonnieres, double check the decorations, provide advice, herd the guests, monitor the timeline, handout the tips to vendors, and even little things like grabbing a bottle of water for the bride or groom. We had the perfect wedding and having great coordinators was a very big reason things went so well. Many of our family members, bridal party, and friends made comments stating the same.

Booking Emily’s team was one of the best wedding planning decisions we made. Carla and Andi were amazing and more helpful than I could have ever imagined. They keep your day running smoothly. I truly felt stress free and well fed (my stomach was rumbling during photos and Carla magically appeared with a snack!) I had numerous positive comments about the Emily Sara team from wedding guests. They are helpful, polished, organized, and friendly. Would 100% recommend.

Hands down the best wedding coordinators in Indiana. Being incredibly type A, it was hard for me to select a planner and entrust them with one of the biggest days of my life. Emily absolutely knocked it out of the park and delivered an incredibly organized, beautiful, and stress-free day. She took every single crazy idea of mine and made it happen without ever making me feel as though I had to compromise or give up on what I really wanted. COVID has made wedding planning very difficult — Nonetheless, Emily Sara Events went above and beyond to give my fiancé and I the day we’ve always wished for. Bottom line: If you pick anyone other than Emily to put together your big day, you’re wrong. She’s simply the best that the Indianapolis wedding industry has to offer.

Emily was instrumental in helping my wedding day go smoothly! She coordinated with all the vendors the day of and we had several meetings leading up to the wedding to make sure that she knew what my vision for the day was. Even my parents who at first didn't know why I needed a coordinator were super impressed and so glad that she had been there!

Emily was great as our day of coordinator! She was also there willing to help with whatever needed to be done! She worked with all the vendors and family members in charge and made sure all the little jobs were done in plenty of time before the ceremony! She did a wonderful job and I would recommend her to anyone getting married!

Emily did a great job of making sure everything was coordinated and timed out for my wedding day. She was there to help with decorating, getting the DJ and musicians set up at the venue, and greeting the pastor while my husband and I were getting ready. She also helped think of those last minute things, like a table to set programs on, and worked with the coordinator at the venue to get me anything else that we needed. She took a huge weight off of my shoulders the day of, since I knew there would be someone else to take care of any issues that might pop up. She is on her way to creating an amazing business! She is a great person to help you with your special day!
