sane talent in photography wasn’t enough to choose her on our most important day, her personality is as good as her photos. Through all the ups and downs of the planning process, she was more than just a vendor, she was our friend. She guided, supported & validated us every step of the way. All the awkwardness and anxiety we had about our engagement shoot & wedding were gone after about 5 minutes, she made it easy. We couldn’t have imagined our day without her. She’s the best of the best, and not only do we have the pictures and memories to show for it, we made a lifelong friend in the process. We love you, Em!

I had searched through so many instagrams looking for the right photographer and when I stumbled on Emily's through an old classmates, I knew my searching was over. There is no better way to describe Emily than an artist. Her use of color, her eye for details, the way she effortlessly captures moments is an art form. y time. Even before meeting her, for my engagment photoshoot I felt like she was my best friend and meant more to her than just a client. And then at our photoshoot me and my fiancé had so much fun, she helped make it more like a date and so much more intimate then just posing for pictures. When she delivered the gallery to us, we experienced so many emotions. To jaw dropping, to falling in love again, to our hearts racing, to crying with joy and love. itations. My husband and I are both shy in front of the camera and have had bad experiences in the past at formal events. From submitting an inquiry form on her website, Emily was nothing but incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive. She was flexible with our very busy schedule and understanding with our hesitation to be in front of the camera. Her packages include something for any couple and are very affordable. Emily was also very transparent about pricing and answered any questions we had. All contracts and payments are done electronically in a secure portal which was very convenient. She took the time to get to know our love story, personalities, and what we wanted our vision to be - by the time we got to the engagement shoot, it felt like spending time with a friend. Bubbly and personable - she made our engagement shoot a breeze! She even helped us pick out outfits and gave suggestions for places to shoot at. Sneak peaks were also immediate and the final gallery was available quickly. And communication didn't end there - Emily kept in touch with us through the next almost year until our wedding from sending small gifts to texts and emails checking in with us. She also uses a survey that helps her collect all the posed photos and moments you want to capture and keeps things organized on the day - taking the burden off of us to think of it all while we are having wedding jitters. The day of our wedding finally came and Emily was prompt and ready to help in any way she could. She fit right in during the getting ready phase and was not intrusive at all. The day of our wedding was incredibly windy and rained all morning but she came prepared and kept us smiling and laughing - even using the wind to her advantage. From getting ready, first looks, bridal party photos, ceremony, family portraits, and the after party - Emily did a wonderful job of catching each moment without making things feel too stiff or posed. She really knows how to capture a beautiful candid and portrait - exactly what we wanted! She was incredibly friendly with all of our guests and took the time to shoot all the small details that we never even would have thought of! We opted to get sneak peaks as she worked and we had photos that night to look through as we unwinded from the long day which was such a beautiful surprise! Today, about two months later, we recieved our full gallery, as promised. Every photo is breathtaking. We couldn't be happier! If you're looking for someone who laid back while being incredibly professional, feels like a friend, and can take beautiful photos all at the same time? Emily is your girl! eaks for itself. We got sneak peaks by midnight the night of the wedding and received our completed gallery just a month after our wedding. When I say the pictures are incredible, I really mean it. I went through the gallery to choose favorites and ended up favoriting 750 pictures... I also had 3 friends ask me if they can use her for their future weddings after seeing the pictures (& I said OF COURSE). Emily is such a gem and I highly recommend her.

ht person when I received a surprise present at my door from Emily. She made us feel so special and loved with her thoughtfulness from the very beginning. Before having our engagement photos taken, I had never had professional pictures taken before and I was actually really nervous. Emily made having those picture taken so easy and FUN! She coaches you on what to do while still leaving things spontaneous and captures all the wonderful moments. Leading up to the wedding day, Emily was always available to chat if I had a question or needed advise. I knew that our wedding pictures were going to be wonderful (because seriously look at her work - amazing!) but what I didn't know was how much more Emily was going to add to our day. She helped keep us on pace with timing in a calm and relaxed way and, most importantly, she fit right in with our friends and family. From day one, I felt like Emily was a friend and having her with us on our wedding day definitely made it a perfect day. No one could have captured the moments more perfectly. Every single picture she took is our favorite one and I know that when we look at our pictures in many years from now they will bring us right back to that day as if no time has passed at all.

She had sneak peeks of the pictures to me within two hours. This girl is unreal! Emily had another call with me before the wedding to talk through what special moments we wanted captured and - when I say that she just gets it - she really does. Every photo she sent to me of the wedding was exactly what we were looking for and edited to perfection. She was kind, supportive, and filled in so many details for me that I didn't even know i needed. PS - two hours after my wedding I had 30-40 sneak peeks. AMAZING! In summary? Book your events with Emily. And do it asap, because there are so many lucky couples trying to beat you to it :)

She also has a way of capturing personalities in her pictures not she how she does it but it’s fantastic. My husband and I were completely blown away with her turn around time as well. She provided us with a sneak peak album on the SAME DAY of our engagement shoot and wedding. We were looking at beautiful pictures from our wedding at 11pm on our wedding day, we could not believe it. I’ve heard stories from friends about how they wait months for their pictures. Emily had our full album complete within two weeks. If you’re shopping around for a photographer, stop now and book Emily. You seriously will not regret it.
