very communicative prior to the wedding. her food was Great and on time. we did not go with their dessert because we chose to make our own but we taste tested the cupcakes an they were great! we reccomend the salmon for an entree. It was a hit.

at we asked for! She not only did not have a kitchen to work with and had to supply her own refrigeration for our food, but she was worked tirelessly the night before to prepare everything in time. I cannot speak higher of her resilience and determination on our behalf. On top of that, our guests could not stop raving about the meal! If delicious food is a priority for your special day, then Emily and her crew are the ultimate! Not only does she have numerous menus to pick and choose from, but she made suggestions based off of our tastes that weren't even on the menu. She was flexible and versatile and we had such a wonderful experience with her, highly recommend her wonderful team!

aren't the biggest fans of cake - so we came to her like a pair of helpless, indecisive fools. But after we tried the first of her cakes with three different filling choices, we had our winner! We didn't even need to taste her carrot cake (which we also ordered as the middle tier). People came up to us after our wedding to tell us how good the cake was. We know - that's why we went with Emily!!
By some miracle, my mom also was able to book Emily for some tea party fare for the ladies while we got ready. Everything was delightful, delicious - sheer perfection!

; sure, it is made in mass quantity but the quality of Emily's food is fantastic. I come from a big Greek family where everyone cooks (and cooks well), and they were all impressed. Beyond how much we liked the food that Emily served, her staff was professional and kept things running smoothly (from putting to food out, keeping drinks full, moving of tables and chairs, and getting things cleaned up). We are so glad that we hired Emily and highly recommend her to others!
