huge thank you to Cami for being so kind and lovely during my dress shopping. The dress I found I truly loved in the beginning! However, the seamstress insisted I needed to take in the top of my strapless dress even after we'd already done so. She explained to my friend that she would need to "smooth out my skin" which I expressed concern over because no one wants back bulge hanging out of their wedding dress. She then proceeded to say we needed to take it in MORE. She insisted, and I went with her advice. I cannot say how much I regret that now. We didn't have time to adjust again since we'd already gone through three rounds because they had done the incorrect length and needed to fix their own measurements. When I picked up my dress a few days before the wedding, I burst into tears. The dress I loved so much and made me feel beautiful when I tried it on the first few times became something I dreaded to wear in front of anyone. In all of our pictures, I have skin bulging out the top of the dress across my back and it ruined the photos, videos, and was so embarrassing to have to wear in front of people. The seamstresses advice ruined my wedding dress. I would definitely recommend the store - but take your dress literally anywhere else to get altered.

hat I could not have picked off the rack that fit like a glove! I did not feel pressured at all during my appointment, and though I ended up getting my dress elsewhere, I chose to come back in for my reception look. The bridal pants I purchased are so elegant and the exact balance of luxury and comfort that I was looking for. The Emma and Grace team is a dream to work with and I felt so at home with them!

isliked it so much that my fiancé had to help me back into it and make the call with me on keeping it or trying to find an alternative option. Which wasn’t an ideal first look by any means. Now having said that, I did get many compliments on it at my actual wedding, so there wasn’t anything inherently wrong with the dress. However, I believe the modification I did to add sleeves and even the buttons for the bustle at the waistband made the fit go from snug to downright uncomfortable. So I think a heads up about how tight everything would become would have helped or maybe we should have discussed ordering a size up based on the bodice getting pulled more for the additions. And in my final fitting I felt so awful that the girl helping me asked if I wanted to get back out of it ASAP, and that probably should have been a clue I wasn’t thrilled. However, the final fitting was with nobody I had worked with before, and so I felt pressure to just sign the sheet taking it and get out of there. I held off on writing this until I had the full wedding experience in my dress to objectively judge this vendor. I felt the selection and price and on-site alterations were all positives to me. I do think customer service wasn’t the best and I think there could be much more sensitivity to body image and size differences and genuinely caring about how a bride felt in the dress. I ultimately changed into my Getaway outfit sooner than I probably should have, just because the dress was so uncomfortable.

s and multiple dress size options. No bride wants to not feel amazing when trying on wedding dresses and this place was incredible for that! Megan was my stylist and she killed it! I told her what I was looking for and she pulled some amazing dresses. I also used them for alterations- my seamstress was also incredible (but I cant remember her name) she went above and beyond to truly make my dress fit me- but Megan was hugely instrumental in this by making sure my measurements were correct. They also kept me consitently informed on the progress of my dress- from when it was ordered, shipped, delivered and when I was able to come in for fittings. Which was very helpful as I was coming from out of state.

When I came back the dress was completely ill fitting. From then on, every alteration appointment was spent telling me why I was wrong or why they couldn’t make it fit me instead of LISTENING to my concerns. I feel completely disappointed and I do not look forward to wearing this dress. This is NOT how buying your wedding dress should be. I expressed this to them and they basically told me “too bad”. Go somewhere where they will listen to your vision and work with you to make that happen.

Kirsten listened and after a few dresses ended up bringing us a dress that was different than what she was saying but was everything my daughter wanted. My other daughter had a very specific vision in mind and she helped her create it with their in-house designer. The alterations process went so smoothly, and Kaitlin and Madeline were a delight to work with! I truly cannot say thank you enough! If you are shopping, make sure to bring them to Emma & Grace. They made the dress shopping experience easy and wonderful, even though both my daughters were nervous.

I am so happy they did my alterations too. I had never thought about altering my wedding dress so it was such a relief that they could do that in a one stop shop! My seamstress Maddie was so sweet. She walked me through every pin and stitch and made sure my voice was heard. The results of her work were incredible! I absolutely loved my dress and working with everyone at Emma & Grace!! The manager, Kirsten, was extremely rude, condescending and dismissive. While they initially admitted that parts of the dress are incorrect (via email), they now say that everything about the dress is correct and they are not liable in any way. I sent them an email with side by side pictures of the stark differences in the dresses, and still they refuse to replace the dress or cover the additional tailoring charges, and just flat out stopped responding. I wholeheartedly regret purchasing my wedding dress from Emma and Grace. I will post a follow-up with pictures of the dress and the emails post-wedding.

I felt very supported by her, and we were able to bring a bottle of champagne to enjoy during the appointment. They had glasses available! There space itself is GORGEOUS with several private corners for the showings. The front has a cute little shop for jewelry and accessories, as well as free snacks, tea and coffee, and water to make you feel relaxed and at home. We absolutely loved our experience here and our experience with Shelby! Thank you for making my day!

She was very communicative throughout the ordering (and waiting) process, and in handing me off to the in-house seamstresses, who also did an amazing job with alterations, even custom lining the front of my dress. I definitely recommend checking out Emma & Grace for a wide selection of dresses and excellent customer service, throughout the dress buying experience.

IGHT be able to figure this thing out. And guess what? SHE DID! Sarah went above and beyond for me calling the designer to see what was possible and making it happen. The dress was ordered and then we were up and running. I did my measurements via Zoom which I was oddly nervous about but Sarah easily walked me through it all. A few months later I had my dress and it was PERFECT. Thank you to Sarah for being easy to talk to, work with and making sure I had the best experience AND most importantly, got the dress I was told was not possible by several bridal boutiques when I called. You made the impossible, possible.

de an appointment. When I arrived I showed my stylist the gowns I was interested in and she let me know they didn’t have them in store and they may be new styles not available widely yet. She pulled a few gowns based on the gowns I showed her. A couple were ok, but nothing really in my style and she said try on a few and let me know what you do and don’t like and we can go from there. My friend picked one off the rack, which ended up being one of two Pronovias gowns I tried on that day. Then she sort of abruptly said my time was up and I could try on one of the dresses I’d previously tried on but there wasn’t time for a new dress. The second I walked out the door my friend said none of the dresses were really my style and the only one we sort of liked was the one she picked out from the rack. I would have preferred to look at some of the dresses first or had a stylist that paid attention to my choices. Where the store really let me down was I inquired about ordering in the two dresses I found online. They let me know they’d request them and I’d have to pay for shipping. Since it was near the holidays it might take a little longer to get back to me, no problem. Two weeks after my appointment I send a follow up email with no reply. Three weeks after my appointment I called and was told I was left a voicemail, I wasn’t because I don’t have voicemail, and they couldn’t get either dress in but if I wanted to purchase one of them they could order it for me but I wouldn’t be able to try it on first. The other dress they couldn’t order because they didn’t carry that line but I could try to find it at a flagship store in another state. I’ve since been to a few more boutiques and even the consignment dress shop treated me more graciously than Emma and Grace. I don’t really have a gown budget and was willing to spend whatever it took to get the gown I wanted. I’ve since found two gowns at other shops in town.

when they called me to tell me that I had won their February raffle and my dress was free! The whole experience had been magical without that, but it continued to be more magical. The fittings though and the tailoring were what made the whole thing so incredible. I had been having some struggles with my legs and so I had to use a walking aid and with the COVID-19 pandemic, my mom couldn't be there with me for the fittings like we had hoped. They FaceTimed her for me and they helped me in and out of my dress. I felt so taken care of and my dress turned out BEAUTIFULLY. I am so thankful for the experience Emma & Grace provided. Thank you thank you thank you!

I also wanted to see other dresses by the same designer and explore whether or not I needed to consider increasing my budget to find what I truly wanted. I was hesitant to ask a ton of questions and take up much of her time because this was only for a discounted sample gown, but Mireya never blinked an eye! She made me feel respected and comfortable and helped me to find the dress of my dreams. I'm not quite financially able to afford it yet, but I'll head back to Emma & Grace for sure when I am! While trying all of these options on, they were patient, encouraging, honest, and did not try to pressure me to change my mind. I wasn't able to find many sample size pieces, but I did find a stunning dress for the ceremony. Unfortunately, in the end, the dress I loved was a little bit more than I was wanting to spend at the time. However, the staff was incredibly understanding & tried to help me troubleshoot whatever I could - even giving me an extended code to think, decide, and come back to have their sales price honored, which truly means the world to a scatter-brained bride (haha). Even though I did not purchase my dress from here in the end, the staff here is very personable & had intentional energy while helping you choose what you love. I truly appreciate their kindness, expertise, and the fun experience we all had shopping with them. I would highly recommend shopping there for something beautiful & unique for your big, special day! :)

We went to four other bridal boutiques before Emma and Grace. Their selections were pretty but nothing felt right or like "the one." When we got to Emma and Grace we were greeted with great service and the woman who helped my sister (Dana Hines) was so knowledgeable. She really got a good sense for my sister's style early on and helped pull and suggest dresses she thought Dana might like and would be flattering on her figure. We found the dress that day which was such a huge relief for both my sister and I and most importantly, Dana felt confident and beautiful in her choice! Just two weeks after my sister ordered her dress COVID hit and we went into quarantine. Emma and Grace was great at communicating timing and my sister's dress even came in ahead of schedule! Emma and Grace was great during her fittings, the only downside being that Dana couldn't take photos which was a bummer since I couldn't' attend due to COVID. We especially appreciated them filming how to bustle her dress. I saved this video on my phone and it made it SO easy to bustle after the wedding ceremony before the reception. So many aspects of my sister's wedding had to be changed due to COVID but one thing that stayed the same was the beautiful dress and great service we received from Emma and Grace. Thank you for making my sister's big day so special!

The owners were beyond generous and I can’t even begin to thank them enough. Nicole was so patient and sweet while she helped me choose the dress of my dreams. Paige was my seamstress and I had multiple appointments with her and I came to find she was one of the coolest and kindest people around.

after trying on each dress gave us some privacy to discuss price and feedback on the dress. I really appreciated the hospitality and assistance of Emma & Grace Bridal.

ir page on The Knot several times, went to their website and MISTAKENLY wrote them off as "not my style," until I happened to drive by the shop by accident. I wrongly assumed their options were too "boho" for me, or too "Colorado/Casual." I decided to go in and see if I could just peruse... and at first glance, I saw at least 10 dresses that I wanted to try on, all in my style! So, I made a real 1st time bridal consultation appointment. I went solo - to try on as many options as I could in 90 mins, so I could narrow down my top favorites to show my mom when she arrived the next month. My stylist was Nicole. and she was INCREDIBLE to work with! Nicole was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and so reassuring. She took on the role of friend/bridesmaid while I shopped alone. She gave me great, positive, but candid and valuable feedback about the dresses I was trying and would help me work through what types of accessories brung out the best in each dress. I had such a great experience at Emma & Grace with Nicole. So, I booked my second consultation - to view dresses with my mom. And we ended up saying "yes to the dress." I was not the type of bride who "just knew." I did not cry or get emotional-I was analytical, and Nicole helped me to feel like that was OK! That there was no right or wrong way to react/feel. My mom was also stressing me out and not always giving such positive feedback, and Nicole comforted me and helped me make a decision with confidence. My subsequent appointments to choose my accessories when MY dress came in (the most fun part), and my 3 fittings were great. Even when my dress was super huge and we needed to keep widdling away at our fittings to get it just right, so it felt like my dress, Nicole was by my side. She advocated for me every step of the way. Dress shopping, buying, and tailoring was stressful for me, and not how I expected it to be. But thanks to Nicole, my wonderful and talented seamstress, and the Emma & Grace team, I left happy and felt beautiful in my Pronovias gown on my wedding day! I highly recommend this shop - and specifically Nicole. It's a must-see!

They also offer many drawings and giveaways as an extra bonus! I was entered to win a free engagement photo session with Redden Photography just for buying my dress in the month of July and ended up winning! On top of that, they let me borrow a few of their special occasion dresses and accessories for the shoot free of charge! They also do alterations on site, which is a huge plus! During the wedding my bustle left a little rip in my dress, and Emma and Grace is going to fix it free of charge! I could go on and on about how great Emma and Grace Bridal is. Their entire staff is kind and professional, and I enjoyed every minute I spent there. I am so happy I purchased my dress here and would 100% recommend them to others.
