Fast forward to the months leading up to our wedding, Emma built us a very detailed photo timeline that took into account our schedule for the day. She also helped us create a detailed photo shot list, that she nailed! On our wedding day, Emma and her team were right on time, and captured our day beautifully. d. She kept in communication from beginning to scheduling engagement session to the big day. We knew we had picked the right photographer after seeing our engagement pictures. Compared to other photographers, her packages are affordable. We also wanted video for our wedding, and her team also provided a video package, which again way more affordable than the quotes we received. In addition, to Emma she has an assistant, which she was able to capture the groom and guys getting ready since they were at a different location. To all my Latinas looking for a photographers, Emma and her team are the ones as they are bilingual. I couldn't ask for a better team to capture my wedding day. e service provided and the quality of photos we received. From our first consultation with Emma, we knew we were in the best hands in terms of capturing one of the biggest days of our lives. Emma was always quick to respond and happy to help answer any questions I had throughout the process (which were a lot). Emma was so communicative that she would often follow up with me if I hadn't gotten back to her yet- which I found to be SO helpful since I was juggling my 9-5 on top of planning my wedding. Emma took an incredibly consultative approach as our photographer- we knew we hired a true professional and greatly appreciated her opinions and expertise throughout the planning process. We were getting married at a new restaurant in downtown St. Charles, and Emma made sure to scope it out in advance to get comfortable with the environment/lighting throughout the day of the event. We loved how much attention to detail Emma had throughout the entire process! We also had a day of coordinator that had nothing but amazing things to say about partnering with Emma- we truly felt like we were in great hands with her and couldn't have been more grateful for that peace of mind on such a crazy day! On top of how easy it was to partner with Emma, the photos we received were GORGEOUS and exceeded our expectations. Her style is exactly how she describes it- natural and romantic. Both our engagement and wedding galleries were sent to us on time- maybe even a little earlier than expected, which was so nice! r wedding photos. I would frequently have to follow up on emails to get a response from her when trying to make a wedding day photo plan regarding the timeline. Then, after I made an outline of the day including a list of must-have photos and emailed it to her beforehand and gave her a hard copy on the wedding day, she did not use it. Unfortunately, I (the bride) did not get a picture with my two brothers, a regular smiling portrait with my groom, a picture of the bride and groom walking down the aisle, etc. Another thing we weren’t happy with was how long it took to get our wedding photos. It also took 7.5 weeks to get our full gallery, when our contract stated “photographer will deliver final images to Client within 3-4 weeks of event date”, and we were promised 10 pictures the day after our wedding during our initial consultation and didn’t get this. Lastly, attention to detail also wasn’t as important to her as we were sold on, as we were sent some pictures with weird expressions or bad coloring. All the photos were not horrible by any means, but she definitely missed the mark with us overall.

She will take the time to reposition you and she will go through all the shots before the photoshoot ends and redo any shots that are less than optimal. This attention to detail definitely paid off. There were too many good shots to choose from in the end! We actually made a photoalbum with almost all the pictures because they came out so well. My sister actually commented that these photos turned out better than her wedding photos. I feel so lucky that Emma was there for our special moment. I had the worst make-up trial experience before our engagement session, but she made me feel so comfortable and made sure the flaws I was concerned about were not noticeable in the images.
